This property is not at all as the photos depict it. There were only 3 lounge chairs around the pool area, which is more like a lap pool. Reception staff make no attempt to greet you and also refuse to help with transportation. No soundproofing so if you are situated on the street side, good luck! Over the 10 nights we stayed, we had to call housekeeping to bring us toilet paper on a number of occasions because they wouldn’t replenish. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!

This property is basically a roadside motel that just has basic rooms. I have stayed in much cleaner rooms for this price. The rooms are rundown, and the mgmt does not do much to keep the facility clean or fix broken things. Bathroom was ok, not stinky. But the AC makes up for it. The room was smelling moldy that damp it was getting harder for us to breathe. We got grossed out out and stayed out all day. This hotel is so bad that they will make you stay back until they inspect the room when you check out. Their usual guests are probably that bad enough to vandalize the rooms. If you are looking for a decent room on your vacation, please look elsewhere.

Wonderful Staff. Five-star hotel service for Cheap. I live in hotels. And I can spot excellent quality. The room is good. But everything else is great. From pillows to bedsheets to Breakfast, too. Staff. I had always been pleasantly surprised.

The room I was given was right in front of the road and very noisy, the pool access gets was not secure any one can get in to my room from the street, and also the guest above my room where very loud all night and told the front desk but they couldn’t care less about my concerns.

The hotel’s location is perfect — close to the beach, with two convenience stores just across it, restaurants and downtown Seminyak just walking distance. The staff was friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast had the same selection every day which was something which can be improved. When I return to Bali I’ll stay here again.

Their rooms are too small and the room they call twin room means 2 small single beds which they book for family of 4 which is completely stupid . And then they charged me $170 for an extra small single bed
