Schönes Hotel am Meer, kostenloses Upgrade und late checkout bekommen, Parkplatz war ohne Gebühr trotzdem über ebookers gebucht und nicht über die hotel Website. Hotel etwas abgelegen, keiner Ortsteil von Baabe jedoch fußläufig in ca 5min über die Promenade zu erreichen.

Lage des Hotels ist gut, liegt am Strand

Pros: Das Schwimmbad war sehr groß und die Saunalandschaft sehr einladend. Die Duschen im Umkleidebereich allerdings kalt und die Badegel-Spender leer.
Cons: Ja, die Zimmerfotos für die Delux-Zimmer im Internet ehrlicher beschreiben und auf die unmöglichen Badezimmer hinweisen.
Location: Hotel befindet sich in Sellin, unmittelbar am hoteleigenen Strand. Leider müssen Liegen und Körbe zusätzlich bezahlt werden, und das bei 4-5 Sterne
Wir sind zu 2 Pärchen angereist und hatten jeweils ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer bestellt. Die uns zugewiesenen Doppelzimmer befanden sich in der 2. Etage. Ein Gepäckservice wurde uns nicht angeboten. Beim betreten des Zimmers passierte schon ein Unfall. Das Zimmer hatte eine Vertiefung mittels einer Stufe, was aber nicht gekennzeichnet und auch nirgends ein Hinweis zu sehen war. Das Knie war geschwollen und wir baten an der Rezeption, uns einen Verband zu geben. Nächster Schock - nicht einmal eine erste Hilfe Ausrüstung war im Hotel. Die Deluxe Zimmer waren zwar schön aufgeteilt und sehr geräumig. Dem gegenüber war das Badezimmer eine Zumutung und eine Frechheit. So ein kleines Badezimmer habe ich in der ganzen Zeit meiner Hotelaufenthalte noch nicht erlebt, und meine Hotelaufenthalte sind in 50 Jahren Reiseerfahrung sehr umfangreich gewesen. Keine Waschtischablage - Platz gerade mal für höchstens für 2 Zahnputzgläser, keine altersgerechte Waschmöglichkeit, da die Badewanne viel zu hoch war. Meine Frau hatte zuvor einen Oberschenkelhalsbruch, daher war der Ein- bzw. Ausstieg aus der Badewanne nicht möglich. Abspülung von Toilettenpapier war nicht möglich, da der Druck des Wassers bei der Spülung viel zu gering war. Übrigens, die gleiche Problematik im Nebenzimmer unserer Mitreisenden. Bei der Beschwerde wurde uns gesagt, dass so schnell keine Ersatzteile zu beschaffen wären. Um uns vernünftig duschen zu können, sind wir ins Schwimmbad gegangen. Es gäbe noch mehr Kritikpunkte.
