This is a rare 3 bedroom unit in Mallard Lakes that can accommodate two families with primary/secondary bedrooms as well as a bunk room for the kids! One of the bunks has a double bed on bottom to accommodate older children or couples.

Less than two miles from Fenwick and Ocean City beaches this place offers an experience for anyone. Vacation without leaving the neighborhood! Mallard Lakes has two swimming pools, two playgrounds, volleyball, basketball, horseshoe pits, shuffle board, picnic areas and more! This home is located on one of the Tidal Lakes which provides a beautiful backdrop from your private back porch as well as an opportunity for crabbing and fishing.

No pets per HOA rental rules.

*Please note - renters will need to provide their own linens by bringing them or using a linen service. Owner can recommend a linen service.

**Mandatory fee is required for parking and amenity use. $125 for up to 6 guests for the full week, payable upon arrival at the clubhouse. During the off season, when the pools are closed, the fee is reduced. Fees are mandatory and nonrefundable. Please bring cash or check for pass.

Quiet weekend getaway
What a nicely renovated home in a great community - tons of neighborhood amenities and a close drive to the beach. The house is newly renovated and was very clean, perfect for our small family of 4 to get away for the weekend. Our kids aged 3 and 6 loved the bunk beds. Nearby to many restaurant options and quiet neighborhood. We look forward to coming back in the summer!

Great getaway spot with friends!!
We highly recommend this spotless, beautifully appointed 3 bedroom vacation property. We had 5 adults and had room to spare…will nicely accommodate 3 couples, or 2 families or a large family with ease. Location is wonderful, easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything you can possibly need if you want to stay in and cook in this lovely unit, and enjoy the view! Love the fresh and tasteful decor…would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family!
We had the most amazing stay at this beautifully renovated and furnished beach house in Fenwick! It was the perfect spot for our two families—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults to enjoy. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids, giving them their own fun space while the adults relaxed in the stylish and cozy living areas. The owners have done an incredible job with the updates. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the beach, with great restaurants and activities nearby, yet still in a peaceful, family-friendly setting.If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Fenwick with kids, this is it! We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
We just stayed at this property for the long weekend with our kids and highly recommend! The house was recently updated and looks beautiful, it had plenty of space for our family of 4 and we could’ve easily had another family stay there too. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials needed to prepare meals while we were there. It was conveniently located near Fenwick and a short drive to Bethany and Ocean City. The check in process was seamless and the property owner was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Check out Fins across the street or Papa Grandes up the road, for a good meal out!
