Hizmet anlayışı olmayan tesis
Sistem üzerinden rezervasyon yaparken odaların 25 m2 geniş ve ferah olduğu yazılmasına rağmen bize tahsis edilen oda tek kişinin geçerken bile zorlandığı kümes gibi bir odaydı. Klozet yeri 2 duvar arasında sıkışmış zayıf birinin bile kullanmakta zorluk çektiği daracık bir alanda ve klozet kapağı kırık bir vaziyetteydi. Lavobo konmuş olmak için konulmus, el yıkamanın mümkün olmadığı kadar küçük. Buzdolabında boş bira şişesi temizlik yapılmadığının göstergesi. Buzdolabının üstüne konan ayna monte edilmemiş, dikkatsiz birisi için düşüp kırılırsa tehlike yaratabilir. Otel tüm müziklerin kakafoni yaratacak bir şekilde birbirine karıştığı çok gürültülü bir konumda yer almaktadır. Resepsiyondaki hanım hizmet anlayışından ve müşteri memnuniyeti kavramından çok uzak bir yaklaşım sergilemektedir. Güleryüz görmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle uzak durulması gereken bir yer.

TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM
Sığacık’a daha önce de gitmiş ve konaklamış biri olarak söyleyebilirim ki çok daha uygun fiyatlı ve şartları daha iyi yerler bulabilirsiniz. Oda hiç temizlenmemişti. Yerde bizden önce konaklayanların yediği kuru yemişlerden kıla tüye kadar her şey mevcuttu. Banyoda da temizlik yapılmamıştı. Duş gideri tıkalıydı ayrıca bizden öncekilerin saçı-kılı giderdeydi. Kaldığımız 3 gece boyunca tuvalet sürekli su akıttı. Sifon kapağı çıkıktı, dolapta duruyordu. Bunları resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde “evet arızalı tamirat gerekiyor” gibi bir cevapla karşılaştık. Ekstra birer tane yastık rica ettik sadece misafir sayısı kadar yastık olduğunu belirtip ayarlamaya çalışalım dediler fakat geri dönüş olmadı. Resepsiyondaki hanımın suratı hep çok asıktı. Hatta boş oda sormaya gelen kişilere de hoş olmayan sözlerine tanık olduk.
