We reserved a room without knowledge it was a smoking room and upon checking they were unwilling to change to non smoking as they claim there was none available. While that might have been true, smoking option was not displayed in booking as I would’ve never booked a smoking room. I suffer from apnea and staying in conditions with smoking stench throughout is unsafe for my physical and mental health. Not only that but upon check in, the sheets were not clean, the floor towel was stained (as in not washed well and still have shoe marks), the towel rack was rusty with aluminum flaking and attaching to the Hand towels, the toilet was no cleaned, the shower tub has women’s long hairs in it, I cleaned thoroughly and the covers to the beds were stained and the sheets to the beds were stained. I have photographs of all this. When I complained to the front desk I was told the cleaning person was not available to come clean. What king of service is this? This room was expensive 160 is a large amount of money for the quality and service provided. This is unacceptable. I demand a credit or refund for lack of service, lack of quality and lack of hospitable conditions. I will never again stay at a Motel 6. I will make a public complaint to Motel 6 directly and consequently to Expedia for hosting such horrible motels for rest when their quality of service is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. Horrible. Absolutely horrendous.

Best thing about the Seekonk, MA Motel 6 location is the staff! Always a warm, friendly greeting and genuine willingness to help solve any issue that may arise. Housekeeping does a great job. Parking always avaliable. Staff ensures the place stays quiet and does not allow any nonsense, which always makes our family feel safe while here. The great prices dont hurt either!

There are cockroaches in the room. The room was dirty, walking in to the motel, you can smell marijuana. There were drunk people outside in the back.

The positives: Staff was overall nice and accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable. The negatives: Hotel reeks of cigarettes, people up all ours of the night in the parking lot, either pacing on their phones, yelling, or sitting in their cars, dead roach on my microwave counter, dead spider in bathroom, dog poop container outside hotel hasn't been touched in months, rats scurrying around dumpster at night, police activity at one point, and hardly any of the channels on the TV got a signal (and the remote hardly worked). The same White Castle slider box that was on the hotel sidewalk when I arrived Friday afternoon was still there when I left Sunday morning. Other than that, it's a room.

Room was just ok but for 112 what do you expect we did find one roach which was killed on site by my foot and the crown molding by the floor was peeling back but on the plus side beds were clean and didnt have any critters when checked

I travel for work often, and this has been the worst hotel I have been in a very long time. The room was dirty, bed was used found several hairs on the sheets and covers on both beds, sink in bathroom still had mouthwash spit. I checked in at 11pm so one was available to help, slept in my clothes, disgusting. Stay away!
