The villa and the property were spotless. I grilled Barbecued ribs with sauce that burned on the grill. I went out to clean the grill in the morning. it had already been cleaned and looked like a new grill. I wish I knew what was used to get it so clean. This is an. example of the cleanliness of this property.

Our villas was nice a clean. We made use of the Murphy bed also. Loved the porch (which I didn’t see in the photos). We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Our daughter enjoyed an activity in the clubhouse. We also made use of the playground. Would love to stay again.

The location was perfect. In close proximity to all the polular trails, rentals, grocery stores and restaurants. However, our dishwasher did not work and the dish detergent we were provided was watered down. The same goes for the body wash, shampoo. I normally bring my own, but this time i forgot. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

The type of room I booked was terrible! The room is dimly lit, and the noise of the air conditioner and refrigerator at night id unbearable,making it impossible to sleep. Beds are shabby, The bedding is made pf artificial fiber. No WIFI at all.It is the worst hotle I've ever stayed in our holiday!

Great stay. The Villas are in a great location right off the main strip in West Sedona and near a Starbucks. The place was super clean, fully stocked and simply great. As others say, not the most up to date but everything works and huge space.

Good location. Nice rooms. Easy parking. DeLoraine at front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Only negative is WiFi signal is poor, but if you’re in Sedona get off your electronics and explore.

Great space for a family of 6 ! It’s hard for use to find lodging that allows us all to sleep in a bed and shut a bedroom door, and this fit the bill. Very spacious, great pool for the kids and easy access to the Sedona area trails and amenities.

Our loft was perfect for our family of 4. We also loved being close to the pool and gym. We used the gas grill 3 times and it was nice to have. The check in was easy and the front desk was helpful recommending biking and hiking trails near by. Overall I was very happy with the property and would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room for the 2 of us (actually room for 4 or even 6 - but only 1 full bath limits you). The place was clean and very quiet. It’s a bit dated and the internet was iffy. BOTH tv remotes had dead batteries after day 1 - though after a phone call replacements were delivered to our door. Bring your own coffee. Theirs isn’t awful - but it’s flavorless. Literally (both the caffeine and non-caffeine bags) were just warm bean juice. Blech. The ice machine in the fridge was great and the electric start fireplace worked great. Would we stay again? Likely. Especially now that we know what we know.

Was nice to have the kitchen but limited oven safe pans and no soap in the kitchen. Had to take care of own garbage either call for it to be picked up or walk it to the dumpter ourself. Beds were horrible. Had to ask for extra linens and pillows. Pull out couch was horrible. Had a murphy bed that was not advertised but found it and was a little better than the pull out couch but mattress was stained and very uncomfortable. People working front desk were very helpful but was a timeshare place so ended up having to sit through a timeshare sale.
