Welcome to our 3000 sq. ft. home located in Sedona. We are centrally located between Uptown and West Sedona where you may quickly access the best restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails in Sedona.

The house comfortably sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms with 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds, and 3.5 baths. It is ideal for large family gatherings, retreats, or group trips.

The closest trailhead, Brewer Trail, is 0.5 miles from the house and takes you to scenic views on top of the Airport Vortex.

Within 1.5 miles from the house, is Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village.

This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood located in central Sedona. The house is at the end of the neighborhood and backs up to open space. There are a few neighbors nearby so please be respectful and follow quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The home is a quick commute to Uptown, West Sedona, and the Village of Oak Creek. The location of the home is truly perfect to bypass a lot of tourist traffic during the busy season.

For detailed information about cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy. Please note that a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the timing.
Absolutely no parties. We have a noise ordinance from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Any disturbances will result in a fine that will be passed onto guests.

Pet Fee is $150 per stay per pet for up to 1 pet. Dogs only, no cats. Dog must be well-behaved, potty trained, and up to date on vaccines.

Pool is not heated November - February.

We had a great trip, but for price house did not meet expectations
My family (ranging in age from 4 to 80) had a great stay in Sedona. The reason for my 3-star “okay” review is because when you rent a house for 1700/night (15k all in) you want to love it! Not have to report issues. Key issues:- Home is listed as 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom. 1 bathroom is a half-bath, which I don’t think is stated in listing. Not sure 5 bedrooms is fair either as two downstairs rooms (double queen, king) do not have closets and the bathroom those rooms are to share is very tight for 4-6 people (2 towel hooks?). We sent 3 kids upstairs to shower. - Floor cleanliness. We had pet hair on our socks and pants, the kids feet/socks from running around barefoot inside were dirty, and when I went to wipe our hair on the bathroom floor the tissue was black. - Under-stocked kitchen. There was not enough silverware for 12 people (10 forks, 4 teaspoons), no baker dish, utensils scattered in drawer, no Tupperware, no pyrex, etc. Clara brought more silverware. - It’s one thing for a house (kitchen, bathrooms) to be dated but sofas were not overly inviting and rugs in both living room and downstairs king bedroom were stained. Living room comfortably seats 6 people, but we made it work. Other than decks, no other indoor hangout area.- There was a broom, but no dustpan or vacuum. Clara brought both. Again, we had a great time in the end. Highlights are location, decks, and hot tub. Clara was generous and responsive, addressing issues that she could.

Family Stay (3 nights)
Our family of 7 had an amazing 3-night stay at this property. The location was perfect close to all major local attractions yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Communication with host, Clara, was excellent from start to finish; they were always responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful house, view is spectacular! A little difficult to find the first time, two drive ways to choose from. Very convenient to Up town and restaurants! Close to trailheads. Great Family Vacation
This is a beautiful home in a great central location. We enjoyed a week long family vacation, with 2 small children, and had a fun and relaxing time. Friends retreat!!
The place was amazing! Just as described. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The view from the house was beautiful. Plenty of space for the 10 of us that stayed there. The freezer did not have ice, so I asked my host and was informed that it was not connected to a water line but they did have a separate ice maker. It did not work but she did inform me that she would order another one. She did offer to bring me a bag of ice. But it was not a major issue, Compare to the beauty of the home and the view. We had plenty of supplies in the kitchen. overall we had a wonderful time. No major complaints. It was truly a a retreat. We were all awed by the home and the view

The home was very nicely appointed and very clean when we arrived. The heart of Sedona is extremely close and convenient. The linens and bath products that were provided were above and beyond. Clara, the host. was outstanding keeping us posted for check-in and departure information, great job!

Superior retreat space
I loved the design of this house! It was perfect for our yoga adventure retreat! All the rooms have their own outdoor space and it was in an ideal area with such a beautiful view! They even had yoga mats so need to travel with them.

Wonderful retreat
Wonderful property. Host was extremely communicative, and expectations from guests were very fair (something that is changing for the worse in a lot of offerings). Felt like a tranquil retreat even though we were still minutes from town. Hands down one of the best hot tubs I have experienced (a priority for me) and the property is great for stargazing. Turn of the lights and on nights when the moon is down you can see the Milky Way! Would definitely stay again
