Welcome to Silver Sage Roundup and experience a bygone era!

This spacious home offers views, a hot tub, indoor and outdoor living spaces and is located within walking distance of Uptown Sedona. Filled top to bottom with one of kind western collectibles. Due to the delicate collectibles in this home it is not ideal for children under the age of 12 but we accept all ages with the proper supervision of young kids.

Curl up with your loved ones and luxuriate in the comfort of this delightful western style home. It offers guests two generous private master suites, one with a King bed and the other with a queen. Thy are both equipped with tv’s, amazing views and spacious attached baths. The master baths both have soaker tubs with stunning red rock views and walk in showers. One master suite is located on the main living level and the other is an upstairs private sanctuary. Off of the upstairs master is a large patio with lounging chairs and a hot tub, views. On a clear night you can almost touch the stars.

A daybed with trundle can be turned into a king or used as two twins and is located in the living area. For those who are more adventuresome there is a really fun outdoor shower.

A third bath with a walk in shower is located on the main level.

The kitchen and living space lead you and your guests to separate patio areas. One with a fireplace, dining area, bbq and water feature. The other a covered patio with another dining area and outdoor lounge that can be turned into a king bed if you choose to sleep outside in the summer months.

Relax and spend time with your loved ones in the open concept kitchen, dining and living area which boasts incredible red rock views from every window!

Every room is impeccably decorated with a nod to old western Sedona.

On property you will also have private use of the top load washing machine, dryer and garage .

This spectacular home is located in Uptown Sedona within walking distance to hiking and biking trails, restaurants, bars, vortex sites, tourist activities, shopping and so much more! You will be set away in a quiet uptown neighborhood, allowing you to relax and enjoy the tranquil peace Sedona has to offer.

You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and hot tub use. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming their registration constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Lovely home in great location

Easy walk to town to avoid parking/traffic issues, yet you feel very private and secluded. Hosts provided local guidebook of sorts that was super helpful, and they were very communicative. Would 100% stay again.

Outstanding home and location in uptown Sedona

Home had everything we wanted. Location: short walk to uptown/Tlaquepaque and short walk to trailhead for hiking. Cleanliness: Immaculate, kudos to cleaning service. My Mom & I had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for us to each have our own space, and the views were amazing. Great location, and they had everything we needed. It was raining one morning, so I asked the host if they had any umbrellas. She said they did not, but she promptly had some delivered. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and scenic stay for our first time in Sedona! Loved all the features- hot tub, walk in showers, multiple patios with lovely scenery all around. Felt very quiet and secluded but so close to all the shops, galleries, and activities that Sedona has to offer! Highly recommend!

Place exactly as advertised. Clear instructions for arrival. We arrived after 9pm. Easy communication with host. Clear manual left by hosts. Prepared meals four of our six nights and kitchen was great. Used BBQ twice…fully functional. Indoor fireplace on most nights. Our week was cool and rainy but that did not stop us using hot tub daily after hiking!! Wonderfully located for hiking trails and dinners out. Check out instructions clear. We don’t travel to this region very often but would rebook at Silver Sage without hesitation.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I visited Sedona to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. This property is eclectically decorated yet comfortable. Everything is very clean and there are plenty of towels and throw blankets to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need along with the house having toilet paper, paper towel, and soaps. I love that the house is a quick easy walk from Up Town Sedona. It beats having to figure out parking. We enjoyed the house fully from enjoying the stars while in the hot tub, to reading on the day bed in the late afternoon listening to the wind chimes on the porch. It was relaxing and peaceful with beautiful views from every window yet close to so much.

Beautiful house with beautiful views!

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and loved the house. The views were gorgeous, saw so much wildlife right next to the house. Enjoyed a trailhead walking distance from the house. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

Great location, super clean, well appointed and fantastic views. There was 4 of us, two couples, lots of room and yet privacy for both couples with split floor plan. Highly recommend this property and would book it again for a stay in Sedona.

A Perfect Retreat

Sedona Silver Sage Vacation

We traveled with another couple spending a week in Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Sedona has so much to offer and is a destination we love to visit. The owners of this home were wonderful and so helpful providing tips on what to do and where to go while renting their home, and very responsive to any questions we had. We apprenticed and were very impressed by the beautiful home and furnishing that the owners were willing to share with us. One of the primary reasons we booked this property were the views shown on the web site and they didn't disappoint us at all. They were stunning from the various decks and observation points designed into the property as well as from inside the home. What we didn't realize until we arrived was the perfect location which was within walking distance to the downtown area and numerous shops and restaurants. However, while at the house you felt like you were outside of town. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time relaxing and utilizing the outdoor kitchen to grill and relax while watching the sunset on the red rocks. My wife felt this was what her dream home would be.

Perfect Sedona-themed house in convenient Uptown location...

I cannot say enough positive things about the Silver Sage property in Sedona. My family of five spent two nights here as Sedona was one of our stops on our road trip through Utah and Arizona. It was the perfect retreat after a day of hiking and other adventures. The house is very spacious with comfortable beds and was stocked with amenities (coffee, s’mores, chips, Mac and cheese, towels, toiletries, etc.). The decor of the house is immaculately filled with Sedona-themed artwork and other artifacts that make it cozy and really add to the experience. The red rock views are beautiful along with the external landscapes and hardscapes. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace are great for relaxing and soaking in the surroundings. The Uptown location is very convenient to shopping, dining and other attractions. After a short walk down Mesquite Avenue, we were in the heart of Sedona on Route 89A. We booked a Pink Jeep Tour one day and actually walked to the office to meet our tour guide. We really enjoyed the option to walk given that Uptown parking can be a challenge. Chris and Claire are great hosts, and we really appreciate their responsiveness and hospitality. You will not be disappointed with this home.

Perfect house in great location!

This house was perfect for the four of us! The house was clean, had two master suites, 3 outdoor patio areas, and within walking distance of uptown. Chris and Claire were great hosts and responded to messages within a few hours while I was trying to plan our trip. They gave restaurant and winery recommendations and were very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

Everything about this house was amazing! Beautiful views from every window in the house. The house was decorated beautifully and was very spacious. The starter supplies were excellent. Walking distance to Uptown. Having a large garage with an automatic opener was helpful on dark nights!! Highly recommend! Communication with owners was excellent. I already recommended this house to friends and family. Would love to visit and stay again.
