Situated in West Sedona, Sedona Pueblo Trail offers not only a spectacular location, but also all the features and amenities you would want for the perfect vacation accommodation. You enjoy easy access to the popular 89A area, offering numerous restaurants and shopping, along with access to National Forest hiking and biking trails.

Renovated in 2024 to include many luxury features, this two-level home features 1,581 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

After crossing the front patio, you'll step up a few stairs to the front door. Stepping into the home's great room, you will find the living room, kitchen and dining areas — all with beautiful pecan hardwood floors flowing throughout the entire space.

Living Room: Offering a multitude of windows that bring in natural light and views of the surrounding pine trees and stunning red rocks, this room is a truly wonderful gathering space. It has comfortable modern-style furnishings, a Smart TV, and the custom designed decorative (only) fireplace.

Kitchen: You will find that the kitchen space is open and bright, and has new stainless appliances, including a wall oven and microwave, a four-burner electric stovetop, and gorgeous hickory kitchen cabinets. Have a snack at the convenient kitchen bar with seating for two.

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for six guests.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
All bedrooms are on the upper level
Master Bedroom — King bed, Smart TV, and windows that bring in the natural light. The private bathroom boasts separate vanities and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, Smart TV, desk, large windows for plenty of natural light. This room offers access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedrooms 3 — Two twin beds (can be placed together for a king size upon request and $30 fee), Smart TV, lots of natural light, and access the full shared bathroom.

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The gorgeous backyard patio area, off the dining area, offers stunning custom landscaping making the area a serene space where you can settle back and enjoy the awe-inspiring views of Sedona sunrises and sunsets. The front patio is a peaceful space to take in the desert breezes and views.

Just what we'd hoped for

This attractive home in West Sedona feels secluded from the nearby bustle. We had easy access to trailheads, restaurants, groceries and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked, and the rooms were all comfortable. We would happily return!

Hiking, dining and hanging out in Sedona

Great location on cul de sac in West Sedona, incredible property with seating on front porch and back patio, very clean and comfortable - huge park just up the hill for walking the dog, very spacious hang out space downstairs with great views in all directions. Walking distance to Whole Foods a plus. Love this part of town and would stay here again!

Great location for Mtn bike adventures and two blocks away from Posse Grounds park for excellent star gazing. Recycling center in the park along with excellent views and lots of fun activities. House was comfortable and well appointed. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores.

Gorgeous setting

Nice, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to good restaurants and hiking. The size was good for the two of us, and views were lovely. Communication with the management company was a little tricky. I did not receive a contract in advance, though the trip was paid in full at the time of booking. We had difficulty getting access codes because of this, and literarily were driving through canyons trying to get enough cells on the phone to get this accomplished before we arrived. I was starting to look at other housing options at that point. We did succeed, though only about 15 minutes before arriving at the site. That said, at the end, I had a very helpful conversation with a rep regarding accessing the house. Also, the kitchen would benefit from being better supplied. Two examples: There was only one sheet pan, and it was too large to fit in the oven. Also, there was one hand towel in the kitchen but no oven mitts or trivets for hot dishes. That one little towel did heavy duty this week! That said, the house was pleasant and comfortable, and we appreciated our week there.

Absolutely fantastic!

We loved staying at this home! Comfortable and GREAT location. Quiet neighborhood with a wonderful park at the end of the road. Had a pack of 12 javelinas visit us the first morning there. They were adorable. Would highly recommend this rental.

Christmas in Sedona

The house was perfect for our Christmas in Sedona. It was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen and laundry. The towels were large and fluffy. The location was great. We could walk to trails, and it was a 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants and attractions. We loved the no-shoe policy, too! The only down side . . . we didn't get to see the javelinas! :-)

It was great for a weekend trip.

We had a great stay at this house. Perfect size for the both of us and a few small dogs! The house was clean and very well decorated. They also included shampoo, conditioner, and etc; so you don’t have to bring any of that! We wish we could have stayed longer! The view in the living room was very nice! We will stay here again when we visit Sedona from now on!

Great location; great house

Our adult daughter (who lives in the Pacific Northwest) and my husband and I (who live in the Mid-West) grabbed a few days for a late in the year gathering. The house was perfectly located for local explorations as well as traveling further afield from Sedona. The house was very clean, and we appreciated that the cleaners used non-scented cleaners, as one of us is particularly sensitive to scented cleaning products. The kitchen was well stocked, and the towels were plentiful. One night, we were on the front porch and heard a sound. We looked out and saw shadows moving down the hillside. We looked more closely and saw a parade of javalinas (adults and babies) in the bushes. There were at least two dozen of them. What an experience. We were also there for the 50th annual Festival of Lights at Tlaquepaque (pronounced T-la-keh-pah-keh), an arts and crafts area in Sedona, where at least 6,000 luminarias were lit at sundown. Again, this house was well located for such an event.

Overall, this was a nice house to stay at. The location is great and the views from the front of the house are nice. The issue that I had is that some of the furnishings and decorations are cheap. For example, the bathroom vanities look good in photos but are cheaply made. The dining room table was wobbly. I would have liked to have a dresser in the master bedroom. The TV stand in the master bedroom is also a little cheap and there were wires showing. Again, not deal breakers but I would have expected a little better quality for the price but I guess you are paying more because of the location in Sedona.
