Sedona La Belle Maison is a brand-new property situated in a peaceful West Sedona neighborhood. This location is close to attractions, Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, as well as many popular hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping!

The singe-level home is spacious with 1,958 square feet, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.

Entering the home through the front door, you will step into the great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV and large windows to bring in the natural light and surrounding views. You'll enjoy an open, airy ambiance brought by the vaulted ceilings.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a six-burn Wolf gas range. The kitchen's center island offers seating for three and is great for meal prep and entertaining.

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six and convenient access to the patio.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, the en suite bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, separate tile and glass shower, and a water closet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 – Each bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a separate tub/shower combo.

We loved the location of this property to many great trails and restaurants. The morning view from the living room is breathtaking! The comforts of the hot tub, soaker tub, gas fireplace and big comfy couch made each restful night after great day hikes, a real pleasure! Would love to stay again!

A beautiful home in a stunning location
This home is gorgeous - well appointed and spotlessly clean. It was a wonderful home to relax in after some long days of hiking and exploring. We loved having a hot tub to relax in. The hosts communicated well and it was a great experience. We highly recommend this home!

Awesome house in Sedona
This house is beautiful! It’s in a great neighbors and location. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views. Close to hiking trails too! Grocery store near by as well as restaurants. Will definitely return!

Lovely stay, lovely views!
This was our second stay at this property. We absolutely love it. The house is high quality and very clean. It’s also right next to sugar loaf trailhead, within a short walk, which was awesome. If I had to give any suggestions on tweaks, the beds were pretty firm, so maybe a foam topper would be a nice addition.

The Walls Sedona Getaway
This home is just as listed and spectacular! Great location, quiet neighborhood and great views of the rocks from most rooms in the home. Bedrooms are spacious along with comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the necessities needed to cook in. Great room couch allows you views of the Thunder Mountain. Roomy sectional to watch tv or just enjoy the fireplace. Hot tub, garage and laundry area and appliances are a big plus!

Great stay in West Sedona
House was very clean and had all of the amenities. Appreciated the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. Steps away from great hiking on Sugarloaf and Teacup trails. We enjoyed the hot tub. The only cons are the memory foam bed was very firm and the shower took a long time to heat up. Not a big deal.

Beautiful Home, View, and Location!
This property is in the cutest neighborhood in Sedona. It is a short drive to all the restaurants and shopping. There is also 2 grocery stores that are very close to the property. The house was beautiful with tons of space. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub on cool evenings. It is within walking distance of hiking trails - which was a huge plus. The photos in this listing do not do it justice. The view out the front windows of the mountains is breath taking! Will definitely stay again!

Great house in a great location
This house was really awesome. It lives up to the pictures and description. The house was very clean and had a lot of helpful tips in their welcome book along with the red rock pass, which was great for us as we did a lot of hiking. The location was great and made it easy to get anywhere in Sedona. We would love to stay here again when we come back.

The home is beautiful, nicely appointed and offers astonishing views of Thunder mountain and Chimney Rock. The gourmet kitchen has everything needed to prepare a cozy meal at home. We finished the day with a soak in the hot tub.

Picture perfect
The location was terrific and so was the property. Only three opportunities to have made this better 1)when we arrived it was dark and it is very hard to see the lit sign with the street address and the mailboxes don’t actually show 2295, so that was confusing late at night, 2) not having a garage code was highly inconvenient especially when leaving and 3) the front bedroom — the rug smells like dog pee. Suggest a cleaning. It was pretty noticeable.

Sedona was amazing, a great girls trip. Our house was perfect and made the trip better. From the towels, to hot tub, the view in the morning sipping coffee. The location is great, it was so peaceful and quiet but still close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend!

This property exceeded expectations. Very simple to access in a lovely Sedona neighborhood with breathtaking views out the front window. There is much more space than you can tell from the photos. We took advantage of the hot tub after a day of hiking in the desert. The travel guides, maps, and binder of suggestions was very helpful.

Property was exactly as-advertised. In a residential neighborhood with great views, easy access to Thunder Mountain and other trailheads. Two grocery stores, several restaurants and Post Office just down the street. Super clean, roomy, comfortable home. Updated appliances. Hot tub was great though the control panel was a little janky. Grill wasn’t the best but passable. Outdoor space looked a little bigger in photos but was sufficient for our purposes. Unlike some other VRBOs we’ve stayed at, on-hand kitchen supplies were strictly the basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil)—not a huge issue but just be aware. I might’ve liked a large pyrex-type dish for marinating but more in the like to have vs must have category. Totally met our needs and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the amazing mountain & nature views right through the beautiful floor to ceiling living room windows. Conveniently located super close to everything we wanted to see & do during our stay. Hot tub with jets helped so much after a long hike at West Fork Trail!
