Perfect in Every Way
This was the ideal place to stay in Sedona. We felt at home and welcomed immediately. It is close to everything, yet tucked away in a quiet area. Everything we needed and more was provided by the wonderful owners. The massage chair was nice to come home to after a day of hiking trails!

Peaceful retreat
We loved the location! It was on the far edge of the subdivision with no neighbors directly behind and nestled against the hillside. We had a lot of privacy on the back patio which had nice comfy chairs and a covered patio table where we enjoyed eating dinner. It had views of the rocks from the living room which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, we didn't eat out except for once when we ordered pizza. The evaporative cooler kept the place nice and cool. The owners are very attentive and easy to contact with any questions. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful place and location
This was our first time using Vrbo. We were not sure what to expect. It was a wonderful experience. Carl and Suni are amazing hosts who thought of everything we would need to feel at home. The house was wonderful in a beautiful location close to shopping and trails. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We Barbequed two nights and enjoyed the views from the backyard. Many memories were made, and we are looking to our next trip to Sedona so we can stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!
I found this property to be super clean (and I am very particular about cleanliness in "public" places.) SuniRae and Carl had the most well stocked kitchen I've seen in a vacation rental. For instance, they have Himalayan salt and reverse osmosis water for their guests. The property location was ideal. Close to town and the main drag, but far enough away it's super quiet. Walking distance to hikes in the red rocks. I mountain biked from the front door. I'd stay here again.

My daughter and I were early arrivals and the hosts did there absolute best to have the place ready for us. Great location to see all Sadona has to offer. All was perfection in Sunny Sedona
Phil and SuniRae were wonderful hosts. Attention to detail was evident. The kitchen was complete with every appliance, tool, and gadget we needed. Plenty of space outdoors to enjoy your home cooked meal on the grill. Views of Thunder Mountain were spectacular from the den and patio. The massage chair was a popular favorite! Plenty of towels, chairs, etc to bring on a hike or picnic. Perfect location and space that surpassed our expectations.

Wonderful. Close to everything in Sedona. Super clean. Stocked with linens and kitchen items. Very kind and helpful hosts. Attention to detail to make our stay special—reading lights, toiletries, ambience for indoor and outdoor seating, guidance for local hiking and restaurants. parking on site that is shaded. Perfect get away
This little place is perfect and so comfortable. The owners were very gracious and helpful with any questions and/or advice about the local area. They have placed anything you might need in this cute little place. Above and beyond any rental vacation home I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the outdoor space, cooking in the kitchen that has all the things you might need to cook with. Beautiful Red Rock hiking within walking distance of the property. Close to all the local attractions with out being right in the rush of traffic. Home away from home. Its a much stay.

I travel frequently and almost always stay in a house rental. This little gem is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a small, lovely yard fully stocked with chairs and a table for meals. The inside is sparkling clean and fully provisioned with anything you need.....blender, toaster oven, stove, towels and wash cloths, sharp knives, salad spinner, ice cubes, condiments, fresh fruit upon arrival. The owners are available for questions and really strive to make your visit over the top perfect. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous, comfortable, and fun!
The property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for four adults to be comfortable. The outdoor space is also lovely, and the location is very convenient to hiking and restaurants. The views are fabulous. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. We loved it, only wish we could have stayed longer!

Peaceful setting, near everything
SuniRae and Carl were exceptional hosts. They made sure that everything was perfect -- and checked in on us regularly via text to make sure we had what we needed. My daughter and I enjoyed just hanging out at the property. And we were so happy that all of the great hikes and attractions seemed to be 20 minutes or less away. We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED our stay in Sedona & were over-joyed with our VRBO experience! The owners were lovely people, checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had what we needed & offered tips & advice to make our trip a special one. The location was perfect! Right near the beautiful Thunder Mountain with trails just down a few blocks! The view was amazing & was much more relaxed than the busy uptown Sedona. You can NOT go wrong & will love staying here!

Great little place !
Although this was not a big house, it had all the amenities anyone could ever need. The owners were wonderful, and we're always there to answer any questions. Sunni and I did a lot of texting back and forth. 😁 Our only complaint was that there was only one television in the living room, but they said they are in the process of fixing that. It was not that serious, and we would definitely stay there again.
