Complaint and Refund
Hello, I would like a full refund for this reservation and this listing removed from VRBO. The listing is deceptive and misrepresents the experience which the guest anticipates. The title and pictures of the listing suggests that minimal to no effort will be required from guests. For example, the listing is described and presented in such a way as for a guest to believe the camping equipment will be pre-built, pre-located, and the pre-listed amenities will be provided. However, upon making a reservation, the communication received from the host only partly alludes to the idea that the guest will be responsible for locating and building the camping equipment. As seen in the messages, the host provides an address and states "address to pick up and return all the rental camping equipments:
". Additionally, the host sends a message the day before the cancelation policy expires with instructions on how to erect a tent without expliciting stating the guest will be responsible for establishing the equipment that was seen presented in the pictures of the original posting. This message reads ""Hi Dustin, please watch this video to learn how to set up T4 tent and shower tent". I did not receive this message via email but only through the VRBO website, preventing me from being aware of the situation. The day of starting the reservation, I notice this message and upon arriving at the location to gather the equipment, the host communicates that I will be responsible for collecting all th

Beautiful camping night and stargazing experience!!!
The property was easy to get to, as manager gave precise coordinates so I could map them on my phone. The layout was perfect and clean. The site had everything we need to get through the day. I totally recommend this property.
