The location is excellent and highly convenient, with beautiful surroundings. The hotel room was spacious but felt outdated. The biggest issue was the heating/AC system—its motor was extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep with it running.

This is not a hotel but a motel where the entrances to the room are from the outside which felt very unsafe. It is also fairly outdated and there were some issues with the tub and peeling wall covering. With that said it was very clean.

Nice and Very Quiet Resort
We enjoyed our stay. The resort is very quiet/serene. The bed was not very comfortable, and the room was outdated. We were told a new management purchased the property, and that they will be updating the entire resort. The front clerks were very polite and professional. There was a small Keurig in the room; however, it would’ve been so much better if they had coffee available to drink in the lobby. We were told we could purchase coffee in the restaurant on the premises. We went to the restaurant, but the coffee machetes broken.

My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights as a get away before the holidays. Clean and spacious rooms and with great views of the red rocks. William was at the front desk to check us in and offered great assistance! Thank you William.

First the staff and front desk are amazing. Really good customer service, but the actual resort. I wouldnt call it a resort. The rooms are out dated. The beds are super hard. The walls are thin and you can hear others through the walls. Unfortunately, we saw cockroaches. We are just super disappointed in our stay.

We had a great time but I guess I just expected more. No complimentary coffee or water in the lobby. The first room we were given had a dying ( actively) cockroach but the manager made it right and gave us a room right off the serenity lawn and was very apologetic. I guess for the price and location I expected more. It wasn’t terrible but average is the best way to describe the resort.

We are not high maintenance, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet our expectations. While the lobby and the garden look super nice and modern, the rooms need extreme makeover. They look very old and require remodeling. The carpet looks old and dirty, bathroom is outdated, you can hear the neighbors through the walls, constant noise coming from the next rooms such as the toilet flush, showering, talking, even walking. The only positive was the location that is central to a lot of trails. The front staff weren't too patient either with answering questions and they just handed me a guide and bye. I will try a different location next time.
