This is a beautiful property. The restaurant and lobby area is very upscale and comfortable. Staff is fantastic. Our only comment is that the rooms are dated, especially the bathroom. The rooms are large but furniture is old. Rooms were very clean, nice view, fireplace was great. If the rooms were updated, this hotel would be a 5 star plus!

The buildings looked run down on the outside although the views were pleasant, and the interior was nicer in general. However while our bathroom was clean, it was a bit run down and there was patchwork over the shower like the room above may have had a leak. It’s wasn’t repaired well. We had issues from 8 p.m-11:30ish on a Sunday night (I mention this because in my mind most people have to get up earlier on a Monday) with someone’s kids running back and forth in a room near us, and it also sounded like they were moving furniture. I called the front desk to complain, and while the staff was very nice and respectable and obviously it’s not their fault the neighbors were noisy, they didn’t seem willing to call or contact the other party to ask them to quiet down. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

Carpet needs to be updated and furniture needs to be replaced. Cockroaches need to be addressed. Was disappointed that we were told they didn’t have time to clean our room. Tony at the bar was great and grounds are beautiful. Overall our stay was nice. But won’t be back till rooms are updated.

The first room that we checked into had a lot of issues phone didn’t work. Shower was broken lights flickered when you turned on the lights so we got into a new room and that one was nice. Not a lot of amenities at the place, but it was beautiful and the bar restaurant were impeccable. But very pricey so just know that going forward.

Definitely ages facility with an updated lobby/dining area. Hot tub was not working when we were there, room had few dead bugs in it and did not seem updated. We had electric car and two of the stations had the ‘clicking’ piece broken off so although it plugged in it actually did not charge. If we go back to Sedona we’ll stay in a cheaper hotel as it would probably be the same experience.

When we first arrived, the check in process was very rushed. We were put in the wrong room, and when I called the front desk to tell them, the lady said “are you sure?” Yes. I know what room I booked and I know the difference between a bathtub and a walk in shower. Our fireplace in the room stopped working after the first night. The restaurant is WAY over priced for the quality of food you get as well. The only part of the property that was truly enjoyable was the green area off of our patio. That was the saving grace for the trip. Overall, I think the price for our stay was too high for what we got. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is nice and has a nice garden. Unfortunately we booked a room that we thought would have a garden view because of the pictures and that is why we upgraded and it had a balcony to the pool. That was unfortunate and misleading. Also our check in was uncomfortable because the person at the front desk was not nice. I later talked to the manager who was very nice. The soup at the restaurant was excellent.
