Enjoy a stylish experience at this new centrally-located gem in West Sedona. 420 square ft guesthouse nestled on our treed lot in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed and a television. Features a stylish kitchenette with coffee pot, coffee, hotplates, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and a crockpot. The home is a short distance to many hiking trails such as: Thunder Mountain, Chimney, Devil's Bridge, Little Sugarloaf etc. There are several dining options and grocery stores just a few minutes away.
This is a New Guesthouse built in 2022! It is nestled among the Pinon and Juniper Pine in West Sedona making this a Stunning and Serene Getaway. Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home featuring a kitchenette and 3/4 bath (beautiful shower, no tub). Spacious vaulted ceilings recessed lighting and plenty of windows which provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on the organic, pillow top, queen bed. Enjoy an evening stroll around the neighborhood then enjoy a soak in the HOT TUB. Relax by the fire pit and/or Grill and eat outdoors.
The Parking for the Guesthouse is a paver driveway to the right of main house. There are two steps down to the patio which leads to the front door.
Your hosts live in the main home on this property and will be available for any questions that you may have.
This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of W. Sedona. We are within a few miles of many trails, restaurants, and uptown shopping area.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a limited service available with LINKS transportation.
Sedona is a dark skies community and allows only low lumens lighting. Nights skies can be very dark, so your phone flashlight may be needed for evening walks and late check-in's. Sedona also has a noise ordinance and requires quiet after 10 pm.
Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.
Our beautiful bathroom features a tiled shower, heated fan feature, shampoo/conditoner, and body soap. We opted out on a bath tub, but please enjoy a hot shower!
Our customers tell us they can't get enough of this vacation home's great location. During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of Gateway Visitor Centers. Enjoy features like a spa tub. A balcony and a refrigerator are available in the vacation home.

First Rental Experience
This is my fiancé and I’s first time renting a property while traveling instead of staying in a hotel and the bar is set HIGH. This property is everything we could have hoped for. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Great location. Next door to host, but very private. Hottub is a new great addition. Highly recommend.

Quiet home in beautiful neighborhood close to town
My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing three night stay in Sedona at this home. The host was accommodating both before and during our stay…friendly, helpful, respected our privacy. Home was furnished with everything we needed and was so comfortable to return to at the end of each day’s adventures. Sedona is such a beautiful area and we enjoyed hiking, dinner at the Cowboy Club, breakfasts at the Coffee Pot and Wildflower, and an atv rental with Sedona ATV. Thank you, Theresa and Pete…we will look you up again when we return and recommend you to anyone we know coming your way.

Enjoyed our stay in Sedona! The home was clean and had everything you could need or think of. It was close to some good hikes including devils bridge and oak creek park. Great restaurants and brewery nearby. Enjoyed being outside the bustle and traffic of uptown.

This guest house was perfect for our stay in Sedona. The location was close to all hikes, restaurants and activities. Check in and check out were easy. While the guest house is close to the home, we had our privacy and had a wonderful stay! The hosts even provided 2 umbrellas for our stay due to rainy weather!

Sensational Sedona
Piñon Place is an excellent property. Quiet, comfortable, clean. The West Sedona location is very convenient to many outdoor activities and tasty eating establishments. And when you just want to land and relax, the guest house patio is a perfect spot. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, we were ready to permanently move in.

All that we needed- and more!
This was our third visit to Sedona, and the first time staying in a VRBO. We loved this place and felt lucky to have found it! The location was perfect for us - away from the busyness of Uptown or similar commercial areas. We loved coming back to this peaceful, serene hideaway after a day of hiking or other activities.. The little patio was perfect for decompressing. A BIG plus was Theresa’s responsiveness to any questions we had. She typically responded to a written question within a few minutes. That matters when you’re trying to make a decision re a hiking option, tour, restaurant, parking situation, etc. If we return to Sedona, we ‘d love to stay here again!
