This hotel has been recently renovated and the pool is still in repair, but the location and the view are amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked the cleanliness of the room beds and bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable allowing us to have a great nights sleep. The only bad part was we were on the top floor with no view and as we are both seniors it was difficult to get our cases up the metal staircase. Especially when we couldn’t even park near our room.

It was a very nice surprise after a long day. Clean and comfortable. In the morning the muffin lady grabbed everything almost out of my hands. I was hungry and she could not wait one minute to put stuff away.

The property was recently completely remodeled and the accommodations are great. Awesome and healthy continental breakfast, comfortable beds, great pillows, clean bathroom! The hotel is right next to shopping area and the best hiking in Sedona. Highly recommend!!!

The room smelled like someone smoked in it. Overall clean, some hair in the bathroom. The staff were very cordial and responsive. The pool was not available and we would have had to drive for 25 minutes in Sedona traffic to get to the community pool. Expedia should have mentioned that, I would have chosen a different property.

The best part of the stay was the guy that checked us in. Super nice. Everything else was poor. We were really looking forward to a pool and it was closed with no notice. Wifi was down. Ice machine was out of order. Late checkout was offered via the virtual assistant but then denied by staff. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I have seen and the solitary muffin I gleaned from the spread was quickly ditched in the nearby dumpster. The shower is designed to leave a lake on the bathroom floor. Other than that, a great experience.

Stayed for one night on a stopover on the way to Grand Canyon. Looks newly renovated, super clean and quiet. Free basic breakfast items in lobby (coffee, cereal, muffins, etc). Staff extremely nice and helpful. Tv worked well, ac worked great with no clicks/extra noise.

I was told I could park right in front of my room,came home from dinner and parking lot was full,I had to park on other side of lot,I noticed you have more rooms than parking spaces,maybe you should use some of the rooms on the other side of the building,and mention in your website the pool is out of order .

Property is well located with easy access to all areas of town and the ranger station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Filtered water dispenser and ice in the lobby is very handy. Breakfast items are limited to muffins and coffee but is a nice option if you are tight on time. Rooms are clean but the walls are thin. I was woken up by neighbors watching tv at a normal volume. Could also hear footsteps of the second floor guests. When I told the front desk they were apologetic. Would recommend better soundproofing. Other than that I would recommend it.

Was quiet and not in the heart of busy Sedona which we liked. Views were amazing, clean, close and easily accessible to any of the trails, friendly and accommodating staff, nice sitting area outside with fireplace and the price was good
