Parking charge is a big negative!!!
Typical Holiday Inn with a good breakfast offering and even offered to go bags. Extremely disappointed that they had the nerve to ask for $15 per night for parking even as an hotel guest, even tho it was not advertised as such. We parked elsewhere because of this.

Some positives: lots of outlets for electronics, comfy bed with clean bed linens, plenty of storage, microwave and fridge, coffee provided in the room and into dinner time in the lobby. Some negatives: bathroom floors had stains that look like they could’ve been removed with a mop, towels had stains, parking is separate $15.99 fee. Overall a decent stay but I couldn’t rate above a 3.5

We had a confirmed reservation for a king-size room, but we were given a queen-size room without any prior notice. We didn’t find out until we arrived at the room. When we spoke to the front desk, they informed us that they had run out of king rooms and decided to give us a queen instead. They refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. We ended up cramped in a small queen bed with two adults and one child. Absolutely terrible experience.

Was a nice place to stay and close to all the Red Rocks for sight seeing and some hiking. The property is older, but the rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice, and accommodating for all my needs. I give it a 4 stars for the property, and 1 star extra for great breakfast everyday = 5 Stars! You'll need a hearty breakfast before you take the hiking trails...especially Devil's Ridge Trail! An extra is that they do have one 220V 40A charger for EVs. I used it a couple of nights. Just make sure you let the staff know to make sure people unplug when they are done, so that others may charge as well.
