Was nicely located away from the main stream of heavily traveled Sedona. Wonderful pool area with lounge chairs in the pool. Front desk staff were very accommodating!

For the price great stay. It’s an older motel so you can’t expect perfection. It is on a busy road. Great view though. Pool was smaller but sufficient. Definitely good for a one night stay.

We requested a room with no steps as my husband can’t climb them. The room was on the “ground “ floor but requires 3 very high steps up from the parking lot. We reserved a month in advance and should have been given a room in the section where there were NO steps! With help from a workman we got to the room but won’t be staying there again

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at GreenTree! The amenities were nice, we especially liked their pool, and it’s a short drive from downtown! The only reason we didn’t rate it higher was because there was some renovation going on that we weren’t made aware of that made getting to our room a little trickier than it should’ve been. Otherwise a great place, would recommend.

Amazing property with super comfortable beds and a great breakfast in the morning. The allowed us to use the breakfast area as a place for our group to hang out in the late evening. Pool area was amazing!!

The motel is cute and has a fantastic view. The room we stayed in has obviously been recently remodeled, but not very well. The new bed platforms stuck out awkwadly and we stubbed our toes on them more than once. The knockoff Keurig top kept popping open when I tried to brew coffee. The motel was clean for the most part but there were tiny flying insects (gnats/midges?) EVEREYWHERE in our room. Literally, everywhere: in the toilet, all over the windows, in the sink, in our beds. We bought some bug spray, chalked it up to an Arizona experience, and did our best, but it was so annoying. The mattresses and pillows were very soft, which my husband enjoyed but I did not. The free continental breakfast was good. The wifi was good. The air conditioner worked great with the temps around 105°. The pool area is nice and has a beautiful view, as did our room balcony. The area is convenient and on a street with a lot of restaurants and tourist shops.
