The hotel was adequate. The sink drained poorly. The vending machine gave me the wrong product. But the biggest issue was the staff woman at the dront desk. She seemed as if my existence was an inconvenience to her. Zero friendliness. Zero personality. Just didn't want to be there nor did she care about doing her job well. She needs some serious training.

This is a reliable clean location. The rooms are in good shape but not spectacular. Nothing wrong with them just not new and shiny. I thought the pool would be open or the hot rub. It turns out they are outdoors and seasonal. The price was great compared to staying in Sedalia and a convenient drive. The breakfast was good. No early check in. I would stay there again.

The first room was very noisy. We got only a few hours of sleep. This is after we requested a quiet room and questioned the room we were assigned. They changed our room for the second night. It would have been a lot quieter except the heater was old and noisy so we had to turn it off and freeze.

Overall a little overpriced for the quality, but still decent. We had two nights where the cockroaches came out of the bathtub which was unsettling for my wife. Small tv but the breakfast included was decent.

Nice stay very close to shops and restaurants.
Friends trip with adjoining 1st floor rooms. Front desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The lady working the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly.
