This is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the fireplace and the spa tub. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The room and the lobby were well kept and clean. All the staff were wonderful humans.

I left my earrings in my room and they found and kindly returned it to me. Thanks to front staff and to room cleaners. I also liked that items were provided for doing the laundry free of charge and that we were helped when the washer stopped working properly. Many thanks!

The one thing we were disappointed in was we were suppose to have Mountain views and we did not! The price we paid was a bit much. The rooms were nice and the private patio was nice, but really wanted Mountain views. The free Breakfast was just ok, the fruit was old, but overall pretty nice.

Room was not inexpensive but it felt like every corner had been cut. Walls needed repainting, bathroom tile grout had been poorly repaired, floors had been replaced with cheap plastic flooring, etc. The cost of stay was not cheap but the experience of being there absolutely was. Complimentary breakfast was all Prepackaged items of the poorest quality. Very disappointing.

The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms need some upgrades such as relocating the hand sink further into the room by extending the washroom to accommodate a hand sink. The sink is located in the entrance way which is where clients take their dirty shoes off. The carpet need cleaning/renewal.
