One Bedroom One Bath home. This is my hunting camp. There are several acreages to hunt on nearby. Sedan is beautiful town. Visitors are impressed in the beauty of the Kansas Ozarks, since bluestem grass and black jack oaks cover sandstone capped rolling hills located on the eastern edge of the Flint Hills.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Emmett Kelly Museum.

Not Livable
When we arrived the water pipes were frozen and there was no water or heat. We contacted owner who had us contact a local person to help. This person told us we needed to find somewhere else to stay. I tried to contact the owner again but was unsuccessful. I would like to get a refund.

The host never answered call or replied to messages therefore I didn’t stay here and haven’t received a refund either. The worst experience ever 12 hrs away from home and got no help from vrbo.
