We had a good stay here with good communication with the host. I only want to add a few caveats for future guests.
It is a bit of a stretch to call it a one bedroom suite, as the "bedroom" only has a curtain for privacy. It is a cozy queen with one side against a wall.
All sofa beds are terrible, don't expect anything different.
The onsite parking, which costs extra is a pain to use as you have to run inside and manually activate the door and walk back around to get to the suite as you can't access the elevator from the parking garage without an access key, but if you value a secure parking space that is not susceptible to event parking price hikes it might be worth it to you.
The suite and balcony are not cool during the height of summer. The sun turns the balcony into a frying pan in the afternoon and the portable AC unit struggles on hot afternoons. During the rest of the year it is very comfortable, I am sure.
I recommend this location for a couple. Anyone extra will make it feel crowded and uncomfortable.
I struggled a bit with ratings, but in the end, I chose 5-stars instead of 4 because the issues we encountered are normal for downtown Seattle locations and it shouldn't be compared to say a large house in the suburbs.
My family all decided that they would prefer to just stay in a hotel in the future when comparing the conveniences and cost. Your mileage may vary.
