What I liked was the bed was comfortable, what I didn’t like was that it was on the floor so being over 60 it was difficult getting out of bed, the description of the room lead me to believe that the bathroom was in my room, it was not, it was down the hall, my bedroom was on the 4th floor so I didn’t care for that, the room had an electrical lock which wasn’t always friendly. I would recommend it to anyone under 35 but definitely not senior friendly

The room was clean and comfortable. Our private bathroom was adjacent to the bedroom, not en suite. We enjoyed sitting on the 4th floor roof terrace however carrying our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging for 2 seniors. The platform beds were comfortable but low. This property is better suited for younger travelers unless you’re very fit.

DEAD COCKROACHES everywhere! I booked this room for my brother for 2 nights, as we were in town for our cousins graduation. It’s a 4 story building with multiple rooms and shared bathrooms. My brother had stayed at our hotel at the Hyatt on his first night so he didn’t actually spend the first night at this place until the next day when he went to this place around 5am and realized the hallway leading to his room was infested with dead cockroaches and the bathroom was worse, with cockroaches on his towel. I reached out to the property manager and offered to send them photos before I put a review in, but they did not adequately try help me or address this issue and they just dismissed it. Instead he repeatedly replied to each message I sent with the same automatic generated response. I gave him an opportunity to ameliorate the situation and offer a solution such as a credit or refund but he was not responsive. I am terrified by the photos my brother showed me and I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
