The property was great and just what we needed after a week in the Pacific Northwest. Quiet neighborhood, with lots of amenities, whether we used them or not. Street parking can be a bit of a headache, but we only had a problem once. I would’ve preferred better options for putting away clothes that don’t go on hangers, but we made do. I would definitely stay here again.

I was exactly what I was looking for. it was quieter than I expected, completely clean and orderly. Kinda wish the coffee was a Keurig or something (its just me). I drive a big truck, so parking when school is in session was a bit of a night mare. I'd still reserve that space again the next time I'm in the area.

Small but clean
We stayed here because we were in Ballard for a concert. The music venue and several places we visited (2 breweries and a restaurant) were only a 1 mile walk away. I think the only tricky thing was the street parking. We had to circle a bit to find a spot. Luckily we didn't have much luggage with us. Comfy beds, and coffee was provided.

An excellent and well equipped apartment
This is an exceptionally clean and well equipped two bedroom apartment in an excellent location within the very appealing area of Ballard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.
