Great location near Pike’s Place. Walking distance to other restaurants and shopping. The staff are friendly. The Hotel is safe since you can’t enter unless you have a key card. If you have a reservation, you’d have to call them so they can open the door for you. Inconvenient but necessary for safety issue nowadays. There’s a 3 story Target right across from the hotel which our room faces. Our window is huge and the people shopping at Target can see you directly from your bathroom which is awkward.

Perfect Location
Beautiful hotel, wonderful location. Everything was walkable, plenty to do and see nearby. One thing that I missed was a fridge in the room. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Very secure. So secure no one told us we needed a key to get into the hotel or we needed our room key to use the elevator. Both learned by accident. This should have been announced prior to arrival or at check in. Breakfast was incredible at hotel restaurant. The room service for dinner was not equal in taste or value. This is an amazing hotel and location. Hard to unload at check in and I of course used the wrong ramp to park at first. Again did not know but do for the future.
