While the room we had was just fine--large and well furnished, with a bath/shower that was in good shape, the hotel has few amenities. The lobby is rather spare, the bar/lounge is not open. I think it is geared to people whose loved ones are being treated at the large hospital next door.

It's an old building and you almost feel like you're staying at the hospital but it's quiet, close to the convention center and other stuff, and the room was very clean. Bed was good enough but not the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Oh and the TV didn't have a power cable attached so was unusable.

Not ADA accessible, not climate controlled, mold in bath tile, coffee maker didn't work, beds were too short (not standard 80 inch), no street loading-unloading area. Generally, not well maintained, upgrades were minimal.

This building is very old. Didn't think not having AC would be a big deal but it was super warm. Cracking windows wasn’t too bad. Electric work was an afterthought. Tv was small and lower than the bad so hard to watch. My room keys kept stoping working so had to go back multiple times for new key. There also wasn’t a “privacy please” door tag, I went to the front desk and he wasn’t able to give me one but said he left a note for housekeeping. Housekeeping came anyways so they never received the note to not wake me. The staff was very friendly though so that was a plus and none of these complaints has anything to do with the staff.

We needed to be close to Swedish Cherry Hill and this worked well. Close enough to walk. Good thing it was in the mid 60 ‘s. This hotel has no AC. Our room was immaculately clean every day. Had a fridge and a microwave. There is a bunch of casual food walking distance and one up scale restaurant called Stella. Felt safe walking around in the early evenings. Great for the price!

Convenient to Virginia Mason Medical facility. No air conditioning and it got quite warm; too warm for sleeping. Staff are always great and very helpful. Property conveniently close to good restaurants.
