Pull out couch bed was incredibly uncomfortable and did not come with sheets or pillows (though they brought them up when we asked), hair dryer in room didn’t work, sheets and bedding was cheap and it had the musty hotel shower smell. Not enough sheltered space by the entry to wait for the shuttle. Shuttle was crammed and late. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, toast, eggs, sausage, cereal, make your own waffle. About what I expected for a cheap hotel stay near the airport. Except that it wasn’t all that cheap! Staff were friendly. It’s not their fault.

There was water leaking heavily from the ceiling in multiple places in the halls, including from a light fixture. The lady at the front desk during the day was not polite and obviously put out. Our room key stop working half way through our stay. There was orange rust and/or mold in the bathroom. Parking was difficult . Very loud because we were literally right near the tram and airport. No pool or gym because they were taken out apparently. Very loud halls, we (including our kids) could hear people having sex and doors slamming all night. Front desk was difficult to reach and we had to wait for someone to show up almost every time we went there. Breakfast was limited and seating was poor. Would not recommend.

Front desk staff was very nice. Lady in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days or when requested, we requested service and it was not cleaned on 3rd either. Front desk gave us new towels. Carpet in rooms are gross, and there were stains all over the curtains. Car was broken into in the parking lot, glass all on the floor

My wife and I stayed at this property for one night. Our car was broken into and two of our bags stolen. Thousands of dollars worth of our items gone. Staff has advised they have nothing to do with break-ins, however I disagree. Law enforcement officers told us there have been similar break-ins on the same day of the week for the last three weeks in a row. Staff did nothing to warn us about such activities, despite being very aware of a pattern of thefts. They have not done anything to improve security, and have not even provided the video footage to law enforcement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.

Check in was SLOW!! Also had trouble understanding the man at the counter. The room AC did not function properly. They said we could move to a different room with functional AC. This never happened as the hotel was over booked. The night clerk said to check with manager in the morning about the lack of AC. She indicated we would receive some kind of financial compensation for the room being like an oven. Surprise. Following morning the manager is not on duty but here is a business card to call him later. Anyway, don’t stay here. They over promise and under deliver.
