This is a refurbished property. Modern furniture and layout. Unfortunately the installations of toilets, faucets, light fixtures were not done by professional contractors. We changed rooms 3 times. Each room had it's own particular issues whether it was bathtub resurfacing that wasn't applied correctly, or toilet seats that weren't properly installed, missing cooking utensils, or fan controllers. Owners should really do a proper punch list before offering the rooms. Staff really nice. This is an upper management issue. Wonderful concept poor execution.

The hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms are brand new and very well appointed. If you are goingto a game in Seattle stay here you will not be disappointed.
