Perfect for those who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown chaos but close enough to enjoy the beautiful emerald city. This 3 story property is beautifully designed with a mid-century modern contemporary finish that makes you feel right at home.

The space
WiFi Mesh routers located on every floor provide seemless connectivity. Speeds are 100/5 Mbps.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new Samsung appliances (oven, electric glass stove, microwave, fridge with filtered water dispenser, dishwasher). You can find cutlery, cutting boards, sharp chef knives, utensils, pots/pans, and selective condiments for your use.

Bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and hand held clothing steamers.

Rooftop is equipped with a dining table and chairs perfect to enjoy golden hour with the DT Seattle skyline in the background.

Master bedroom 1: this room is on its own floor with a Queen size bed and its own private spa-like bathroom. Equipped with air conditioning unit, large closet, smart TV, and work desk.

Wonderful condo with the amenities and privacy of home.

Property was easy to find and conveniently located close to the town, shopping restaurants etc. Communication with the host was great, almost freaked a little when I couldn't figure out how to get in but Amy was on top of helping right away. Beds were comfy, ability to do laundry was great and parking for 3 cars was a breeze. 3 bathrooms was great also. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable with a great location
Overall, this home was comfortable and easy to find. The place was super clean and had many of the amenities you would need while staying away from home. The bath gel, shampoo and conditioners provided were very refreshing. It also had A/C on the main floor and in the master, which was a big plus, especially since our stay was in the summer. However, there were a few items I think could make the place a better stay: 1. Needs a toaster or toaster oven. 2. There were no hand towels in the kitchen. 3. There were no extra hand towels in any of the bathrooms and no washcloths. 4. There was only one fan in the house. It might make the stay a bit more comfortable if each of the bedrooms that do not have A/C have their own fan. 5. No oven mitts. 6. The pan was hard to keep clean. We looked it up on the Target website and found several reviews that shared the same comment. We tried our best to get it looking like new, but to no avail.

This property was in a great location 15 min drive to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a lot of stairs but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Amy was a wonderful host that answered all my questions immediately and was eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing experiences
We were booking this house for family coming from different town. The house was super clean with all supplies needed . The day before the check in , the host sent me a text me the code key to check in. All instructions were super easy allowed us get in the house with contactless. During our stay we had some issues with the code ( it's our fault not to follow the instructions) . Sent Amy the text and received response almost immediately. Our experiences with this house and the host were amazing. Communication at ease all the time. Highly recommended if you're looking the place to stay in SW Seattle
