Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle just minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

With amazing views and a spacious layout our Belltown Court Penthouse is awaiting anyone wanting a truly spectacular Seattle Experience. If the Seattle nightlife is more your tempo, you will be at ease with multiple pubs and cocktail lounges within a 3 block radius. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The space

Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room. It has a very spacious living room and kitchen ready to prepare any meal for your friends and family. The master has a King size bed and the second room has a Queen size bed. There is a workstation in the bedroom and patio off the living room to enjoy breakfast and the view. Our home also includes wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units.


The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 7'3".

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

Other things to note
In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 3 things that make our place really stand out are:

1. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately!

2. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feets away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle.

3. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the 7th Floor balcony!!

Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is some urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. We do offer sound machines. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time any of our building or listing amenities may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding.
