Quiet unit with all HEATED polished concrete FLOORS and two stylish bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen with gas range and stone counters. Eight foot ceilings throughout apartment. Master bedroom has king bed & its own bathroom with tile shower. Hall bathroom has shower. Hide-a-bed couch that is brand new and has fold out memory foam mattress. TV now new larger one. Apartment has had extensive soundproofing so you are comfortable. Owner is builder.

This part of Ballard is among the most peaceful yet close to the action of Ballard. We are west of 24th which is less busy than east of 24th. We are one house off of 28th, the boundary of all single family homes to the west, again a more relaxed area than to the east. You can easily walk to the Green Grocer, Olaf's, Rupee, Kimchi House, Samara & Piccolinos on 32nd-walk! and Copine (Michelin rated gourmet restaurant!) and the new gourmet place ADDO which are due east on 24th and 63rd. If you want a more extensive grocery selection hit QFC on 24th and 57th. Walkable! And just two more blocks is Market Street and Ballard Avenue, the main streets in Old Ballard. Ballard Ave. is one of the best streets in Seattle full of shops, restaurants and pubs! If you are in town on Sunday a must attend is the Ballard Sunday Market on Ballard Ave!

Great location in Ballard
Spent 4 nights there with family. Wonderful unit that was very well equipped, decorated, and spacious. Has everything that you would ever need. The outdoor patio space was beautiful and a wonderful spot to relax in.

Nice house in a good neighborhood
Bobby, the host, was very helpful--even drove us to lunch after our early arrival. House is very comfortable for four people and walkable to various coffee shops and restaurants.

Nice, quiet location
Great location, quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Some things in the apartment were a little quirky, like bathroom door handles that had to be pulled up instead of down, coffee maker that needs to be replaced (broken lid, coffee not very hot). We had a plumbing issue that was resolved very quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

History meets present
The Ballard neighborhood was very nice. There are older homes and original buildings from old Ballard and updated townhouses in the neighborhoods. I liked the closeness to downtown Seattle yet staying in a safe community. The Ballard location was close to the beach and the Ballard locks so activities to do without a lot of driving. I thought the apartment itself was clean, cozy and as advertised. Great stay for a family or individual, I would recommend this if you are visiting Seattle.

Very well appointed garden apartment. Very responsive host 30 minute (expensive) Uber ride to downtown. The Locks and Botanical gardens easy walk and very much worth the trip. Would not recommend putting anyone on the pullout sofa for more than one night, very uncomfortable. The beds, however, were VERY comfy, plenty of blankets and towels. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful established neighborhood. Fresh, private, lots of natural light, impeccably clean, spacious, high end upgraded amenities. This is a great base for a stay in Seattle.
