Welcome to this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit with an open-concept floor plan! Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to UW Bothell and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, and we do have a couple of memory-foam pillows per bed. The living room is complete with a leather sofa and loveseat, as well as 65" Smart Roku HDTV. Fast WiFi enables you to stream and enjoy a variety of media, including 65+ channels of DirecTV Now. Hardwood flooring throughout the home gives a smart and modern look to the interior.

For more than six guests, we do have a nice queen-size air mattress available as well.

If you fancy cooking, our home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Prepare your meal and enjoy it either on the island/bar, or in a formal dining room.

A brand-new high capacity Samsung washer and dryer complete the space.

The home is in a very walkable location, with lots of public transit options right off your doorstep. King Country Metro and Sound Transit buses can take you directly to Downtown Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or the University of Washington Seattle Campus. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field.

Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available.

This is a perfect place for anyone travelling for business or pleasure!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!

Visit for a concert at chateau Ste Michelle

Perfectly handy location for a visit chateau st Michelle, and their concert venue. The property checked out exactly as described, and was comfortable and clean. Nice little town with some great restaurants. Great proximity for a day visit to Seattle as well

Perfect Spot for Family Visit

Master bedroom faces a semi-busy road, so slightly noisy (and a little hard to find second car parking), but otherwise the place was excellent and met all of our needs. Very clean, good kitchen, tv room, and beds.

Everything was perfect. Great instructions for entry and any need we may have had, clean house and great location for our purpose. It is on a road which had some traffic, so the front bedroom had road noise (didn’t bother me at all). Many things, such as restaurants and a Starbucks, in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

Bothell is a delightful town in the Pacific Northwest. The Modern Remodeled home was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, dinner and even ice cream. The walk along the Sammamish River is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable property in a convenient location

This is a very nice property that appears to have been recently remodeled. The main living area is open concept and really comfortable and useable. The bedrooms are small so a king size bed would never fit, but the queen beds are very comfortable and two kinds of pillows are offered. Although the street is busy, we didn't hear any noise inside, and there is a safe area to back out of the driveway that avoids backing into traffic. I would definitely rent this property again.

Quaint space, everything you need, friendly property manager

Overall my experience was good. We had two couples, 1 additional adult, and an infant, and fit into the space just fine. Property manager was super friendly and happy accommodate last minute adjustments for logistics. I’d stay there again.

great location

visiting from the East Coast for a Family Wedding, the location was perfect, close to everything we needed and within walking distance to most things. Some other reviews noted that it was noisy, although it sits right on the main road with a fire station across the street, it was still fairly quiet, with just some local traffic noise which you would get in any neighborhood including your own. The back patio does need to be cleaned as it was covered in moss, there was also a very nice firepit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook full meals ( just have to shop for needed panty items) dishwasher, and the washer/dryer was convenient. I would book this location again next time I come out there.

Great Location and Very Nice and Clean House

The house was just perfect, very clean and the location was near several bus routes. We did not rent a car and managed without any problems on the transit system. Izzy was very responsive to text and questions. I would stay again on the next trip.
