Rooms are outdated, king bed was lopsided. The pull out couch had no sheets, no blankets, when I called the front desk to get additional blankets, I was told they didn't have anymore. My poor mother in law had to cover herself with her coat. Terrible. I would NOT stay here again or recommend.

The front desk personnel were great. The inside of the hotel was outdated. Old, musty carpet in the halls and in the room, furnishings (wood, mirror frames etc) were chipped and upholstery was worn down and thread bare. The linens, towels and bathrooms were clean though, thankfully!

I will give this hotel five stars again. I have not stayed there for the first time, but they are always correct with their customers. I did not get the chance to visit them this time due to the bomb Cyclone storm in Seattle, which affected my whole trip, and the hotel's power and phone lines were down. However, they were correct like always- they did not charge me at all and returned my full payment. I will highly recommend the hotel.

During a power outage, Hotel comes up meh.
This was during the power outage in the Pacific northwest. There was no soap in the bathroom, and I called that night I checked in and asked for it, didn't get it until I called again the next day. I hung out my clean room sign and came back in the room was still as I left it. I was told that those door hangers weren't valid anymore and one had to request maid service by phone. Then why did they still have the door hangers available?
