The property was very nice and overall clean. Outside could have been better picked up but not bad. There were other hotels and businesses in the area that may have contributed to the unkept outside areas. I stayed with my dog and there was not poop bag/trash dispenser in the pet area. I carry poop bags but not everyone does and I had no place to dispose of the poop bag.

The staff here were super welcoming, helpful, and so kind! The facility was very clean & easy to find. Within walking distance of the light rail if you’re wanting to visit nearby Seattle.

Excellent well maintained hotel with friendly staff and many great amenities. Morning breakfast, the large gym, great pool/ jacuzzi makes this establishment a cut above the rest in the same category/ class of hotels. Located next the light rail station, and walking distaste to the big Alderwood Mall. Would definitely stay there again.

The bath tub bottom was very dirty. The exhaust fan has something stuck in it and so much dust built up. I cleaned the A.c and heater myself. When we were leaving and the staff did not acknowledged or did not say anything at all. We stayed from 03rd to 09th. Wish there was pick up and drop off service and staff to be more friendly. Breakfast did not have hash brown or potato patties which would have been nice to have.

Nice newer hotel right off I-5 & near mall & lots of restaurants & sights. Terminus if lite rail is just one block away!

Basically, it’s not good experience for the first time visitor to the states. The wi-fi connection sucks, where only worked at the entrance, as long as past the bathroom, would be disconnected right away. Informed the reception, a black guy pretty considerable and let us swap for another room, however was too stinky for wife and kids to stay. The continental breakfast was same every day , so kids fed up and refused to eat eventually. All in all, kids and wife didn’t say high praise for 4 day stays. Anyway, I believe the whole family would keep away from this property for next visit to USA.

Overall a great experience. Bed was comfortable, however, new pillows were needed. I unknowingly reserved a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was nice, however it was in a room added on after original construction. The only windows in the room were small side widows that were frosted over. It was like sleeping in a cave! I would not recommend this room.
