We enjoyed our stay here! It was close to main attractions and transit. The hotel does have paid underground parking but we had no trouble finding free street parking during certain hours. The breakfast was fine - nothing special. The two things I would complain about would be the customer service and the elevators. When we checked in, the agent was on FaceTime on her phone and just left the call on while she checked us in. We also found the front desk staff to be quite loud when talking to each other. We also had to ask some questions but the agent told us to come back later even though it wasn't busy. There are two elevators but it seemed like only one would run during the breakfast hours so with everyone going up and down, it took quite a while for the elevator to come. We eventually just gave up waiting and took the stairs.Overall, we enjoyed our stay though.

We stayed for a night, cost over $500. It is too pricey for an average hotel quality, bathroom needs renovation. They offered a nice variety for breakfast. Location is great, walking distance to Space Needle, Pop Culture Museum and Bill and Melinda Gates Discovery Centre.

Great stuff! I started in Hyatt Place for 2 nights with my family for our vacation in Seattle. It gave us a memorable experience of finding my earbuds after leaving the hotel for 2 hours. I checked out at 10:00 am today but couldn’t find my earbuds since then. I came back to the hotel after 2 hours with a hope to look for my ear bugs, which I thought I must have left in my room. When they heard why I came back for, the crew helped me checked the room I stayed last night, which had been cleaned now, then quickly looked for the cleaning stuff, who cleaned this room after we left. And they really found it and kept for us . This is amazing experience for us. Thank you for your crew, which definitely left us an impressive memory for Seattle and Hyatt Place. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Seattle downtown, because of not only it’s walkable to all tourists attractions but also their fantastic crews!

Hyatt Place has the friendliest and most helpful employees I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Every person we encountered was more than helpful and went out of their way to assist us in any way. The breakfast was fabulous! Within walking distance from the Space Needle. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It was conveniently located for the Space Needle and food. We had a great time and they let us park there the whole day. Of course they charged us 45 dollars to park but it was for two days basically

Great staff, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. There is no evening restaurant and the closest one is a five minute walk, but I didn’t feel like that was a safe thing to do when we arrived at 11:00pm.
