Nice place, Very Good Location.
Hotel was nice, but the room was fairly spartan and the furniture was "cheap". The restaurant was very nice but the food at breakfast was just OK. The staff was very nice and the service was excellent.

Parking options could be better. Bathroom, shower and sink - water pressure & blower were great. Unfortunately, the living room was too dim and beds too soft other than that it was OK. 3 elevators were fast.

Thought the quite hours are 2000 hrs to 0800 hrs daily, but this morning from around 0100 hrs to 0345 hrs, someone on a 7th floor room was yelling, screaming, banging wall, slamming door, throwing stuff on the ground, making loud noises……could not going back to sleep at all, kept me up all night….bad luck I guess…

Overall our stay and experience was good. We were there for a Christmas party that started at 5pm and we reserved 4 rooms and tried to check in about 3pm. They were very stern about not letting us check in until 4pm. We waited in the lobby as the bar also was not open until 4. We watched several other people get checked in before us. I feel like this was a very unnecessary check in experience and could have been avoided. Overall clean inside, safe and secure.

Room was spaces and clean. Not too much options for breakfast, but decent. The only down side was the breakfast area. Limited seating. We had to wait in line for both morning. Maybe seperate the hotel cusotmer and the ramden walk-in customer?
