Great location
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is my third time staying at this hotel. We had some issues in our original room and the front desk guy took time to listen to us and he was able to find us another room. Very reasonable. I love that there is Wood Coffee next door. This hotel is also close to Target, Homegoods and Trader Joe's.

Coming to town for the transition of my aunts life I was needing a safe clean place to stay. Online the photos look as if the place is very clean and inviting. It is not. For a non smoking hotel the room smelled as such. Coupled with a mildew smell. The door has a simple chain lock, eliminating the feeling of safety. The walls had water in them coupled with the smell of mildew. The mold on the bath tub and sink was indescribable. The closet door was also broken. Sticky carpet and filthy light fixtures. The only saving part was friendly service upon my arrival. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

we left early. You could tell the property hasn’t been maintained. The elevator hasn’t been serviced, and the certificate was expired. Just an old unloved hotel.

Key Chane for the door is broken, room refrigerator was unplugged so it took hours to cool my stuff, no mat for the bath tub to prevent slip, strong perfume odor when entered the room. Only front staff did awesome job, very professional and friendly.

You get what you pay for here. Our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. So much so, it gave me a headache and we smelled after we left. Our room was an outside entrance down a longgggg hallway. The heat had been turned off, the room was freezing. One elevator was broken when checking in but fixed when we left. The attached coffee place has a drive thru that causes issues for getting in and out. The room was clean though!
