There were many additional fees on top of the rate quoted. The front desk staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. There was a huge amount of road noise which made resting difficult. We will most likely not be staying at another holiday inn express.

We felt very safe in this hotel. You had to have/use your key card to even access the elevator. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating with our request. We will definitely stay here when we visit the area again.

I wish the pool was heated was too cold to swim in. It was an indoor pool but is was cold to swim. A hot tub would have been nice to have by the pool also.

I gave this hotel a 3-star rating mainly because of one employee. He was a shuttle bus driver. He literally yelled at us for drinking too much water, and the reason was that he had to refill the water dispenser in the lobby. I asked him if refilling water dispenser was in his job description, he reluctantly said yes. I then asked him if the water was there for the guests to drink, not a decoration, he also had to say yes. The "heated" argument lasted for about 20 minutes, ruining everyone's vacation moods. Other than this rude bus driver, the hotel was a nice place to stay. The front desk ladies were nice, the breakfast had many choices, the environment was quiet and safe, and there was a big mall nearby. I could have given it a 4- star rating if it weren't for the bus driver.

The only thing I did not like was when we were leaving we had realized our room door did not lock like you did not need a key to get into the room which was scary.
