Staff allowed us to check in early for our staycation. Room had high ceilings so felt spacious. Easy walk to downtown, shopping etc. Breakfast package was good value. Pool area was a bit unkept and towels not stocked for Christmas morning but that is understandable. We had a good time! Thanks.

Staff was excellent. However, I did not get a wink of sleep from the steady flow of children running up and down the halls in the late hours of the evening. You could hear everything, I could hear the person next door to me running the sink. The pool area was filthy with guests having brought food into the pool area. Mashed bits of food were strewn all over the floor in the morning when I went to use the amenities in the morning. Pizza boxes littered the hallways leading up to the gym. I don’t blame the cleaning staff as they were diligently cleaning everything the day before. Some guests are just pretty disrespectful. I also paid 40 dollars for parking. The parking is super tight. I had to exit out of my passenger door to exit my vehicle. All in all, it’s in a good location close to Bellevue square. I probably won’t stay here again just because the walls are paper thin.

Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue is our go-to hotel whenever we visit. The location is perfect—close to the mall and within walking distance to everything we need. The area is also beautiful, which adds to the appeal. The staff did their jobs well, from the friendly reception team to the attentive dining attendant. The food at the restaurant was good, especially the wings! However, the rooms could use a little extra attention to cleanliness and would benefit from a modern update, like switching from carpet to hard floors. Despite this, we always enjoy our stay and will continue to come back!

Worst staff and service Their manager Joel wouldn’t even come out to talk to me and I waited for 45 mins. Absolutely disgraceful he said he was busy doing more important things to the front staff. Customer service not high on their priority list. Front staff was extremely dismissive didn’t want to deal with problems. Our sheets were dirty and the bathroom we did not go in without socks Toilet had stains This hotel is not safe, the parking area had random people walking in it

Didn’t like a tip added automatically. Had a below average breakfast 2 adults 2 kids 65 dollars including tip. 2 scrambled eggs with overcooked potatoes 2 sausage no toast. Tip for waitress bringing meal only.

When we arrived at the hotel we had over 1 hour wait in line for check in. We ended up leaving because we had dinner reservations that couldn’t be pushed. When we got back we were informed that there was no parking at the facility and we would have to find parking several blocks away. On top of that the computer for checking the keys was Brocken down so we were told to find parking and by the time we come back it should be fixed. After 30 minutes we found parking came back and found got our keys. Waiting for the elevator we were informed the elevator didn’t work and we would have to take the stairs. Once we finally got to our room on the 5th floor we were greeted by a horrible smell in our room. We had friends come by to confirm it wasn’t just us. We contacted the front desk and got a new room. The new room was nice but the TV didn’t work.
