Very pleasant, very large central atrium that makes you feel like you're outside. Has a Starbucks and good, hot breakfast with a wide variety of items. Has a cafe at night with room service and a bar downstairs. Gluten-free breakfast options: porridge or cereal. No good gluten free dinner options. Lunch is not served. Super close to Southcenter, plentiful dining and shopping options. Good place to stay near Southcenter. The sofabed was actually comfortable.

The property looks good when you first walk in. Our room seemed clean until we saw hair in the drain and stains on the tables and furniture. I needs a major updating in the rooms. The elevators are down to one when it was working. Staff was great stay away from the pool!

Would not stay again. This hotel is falling apart. Furniture peeling, unprofessional front desk staff. They look at you like you are a burden. Airport shuttle is not complimentary. 2 out of 3 elevators broken with a sign that says sorry if the elevator breaks you can take the stairs. Wonder if Hilton corporate know what's going on here or maybe they just don't care.

Not the best this time, except for staff
It seems that the elevators have issues often, as I've been there a few times when only one or two of the three elevators were working, this time only one was working. It was a busy weekend with one working elevator. The sofa sleeper in the living area had a note under the cushion saying not to open because it was broken. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout-out to the morning Starbucks barista for being the friendliest face to start the day.

Overall our stay was Ok. The building was clean, our room and bed were clean. Now for the not so good, after a good night sleep woke up to get ready for our day to find out there was no hot water in the shower, I called the front desk twice to let them know and ask if we could move to a different room to use the shower. No body answer either time, so we ended up taking cold showers. The elevator was also an issue, 1 out of the 3 elevators was working so there was a lot of waiting involved. As we were checking out I notified the person at the front desk about the hot water and cold showers, he didn't seemed to care and said we would notify the engineer. Hopefully they take care of the issue before someone else ends up take a cold shower.
