Overall, the location and room was great. Everything we needed was there and checkin/out was a breeze. The only truly bizarre detractor was the fact that the bathroom had a sliding "barn" door style leading to the bedroom and living space. It did not lock and left about an inch gap on either side (not flush to the wall). The design is a total fail. Typical of hotels, there was a strong "cleaning/perfume" odor that takes a while to get used to. Again, everything else was great, though. Staff, space, location was great and I'd stay again.

So I typically only write reviews when they are max stars. However, we spent over $400 on what was supposed to be a 3 person suite (not just room) and they really stretched the limits of that definition when designing this hotel. If I had gone alone, I would not have had such expectations and it would be a nicer review buuut. The bathroom door and “bedroom” door don’t close all the way, there is no fan in the bathroom, the closet is an open connection between the “bedroom” and living room. It is in no way separate, not by doors, not by sound. It’s all one room essentially, including the bathroom. So it not meet my suite expectations and I have stayed in a lot of them this year. I don’t have high standards on them but I do like when what’s offered is what’s received and this wasn’t it. On another suite amenity that is typical, we had a problem with the fridge. Our beautiful food/leftovers that were in the fridge overnight rotted by morning. The fridge was not cold/not working properly. And, I wouldn’t normally point this out or care too much because I stay in a lot of hotels of varying quality but, there was dog hair on the carpet, across the living room floor. I guess this mainly bothered me because we wanted to being our dog on the trip but they said no pets allowed. I will say that the redeeming qualities of this stay were: the staff was friendly, helpful, available (we needed help finding the parking because it’s a public garage) etc. Staff 4 stars, hotel suite 2 stars

Property overall is nice and the location is convenient. Covered parking is expensive but safe and connected to the hotel. Housekeeping was disappointing as they did not restock the coffee during our entire stay, and did not wash the glass cups, even after leaving them in the sink. Floors in the entry way was sticky and they left their cleaning rag behind. Beds were also not made the day before we left and bathroom was only stocked with towels. Front desk staff we’re extremely nice and the restaurants connected to the hotel are nice. Overall it was a good experience.

Lots of great things about this hotel-it was clean, staff was friendly, close to lots of places, safe, and had everything we needed-plus side, they had a pool for the kids. We were told that they would text us when our room was ready, but we did not receive one, but was able to check in 4 min early. Their parking garage does charge $60 per night, but I feel like the $353+ per night and a parking garage fee of $60 is a lot. I appreciated the free drink that evening and free breakfast the next morning, but Seattle is getting expensive.

Great Seattle stay!
Chose to stay at here due to the close proximity to the Conan Gray venue. The concert was a birthday gift for my niece. Upon arrival we were advised we had been provided an upgrade of our room as they felt we would be more comfortable. "More comfortable" was an understatement! Thouroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay. The staff were kind and caring, always quick to offer information or assistance.

Great Location!!
We stayed at this property because of its proximity to the Amtrak station. It was right across the street. The hotel was very clean and modern. Close to the football and baseball stadium. Staff was very friendly and the cocktail hour and breakfast were good. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on going to Seattle.

The check-in process was convenient and easy. The gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and laundry facility were far better than expected. The breakfast was worth every $1 spent on it. My only issue was the cost of parking not being advertised or mentioned in the booking. $140 for two days is a big unexpected hit.
