Welcome to your quiet getaway near the city! Enjoy your West Seattle (Arbor Heights) private one bedroom mother in law suite with separate entry. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Alki beach, and 5 minutes to the Fauntleroy ferry/restaurants. Enjoy nearby Lincoln park with family friendly beaches or Alki beach. Enjoy a quiet hot tub soak or workout, or just rest your head before you head to downtown Seattle. Bus stop is directly across the street from our home (bus only runs weekdays, not weekends). Plenty of parking in huge driveway. If requested, Level 2 electric car charger in garage could be accommodated for a small fee.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Would be perfect and we’d use it a lot if the treadmill wasn’t there and it was a king size bed. We are only there to sleep.

This place was perfect and exactly what my partner and I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Chinese Garden which we had late tickets for. The host is fast, considerate, honest and so easy to communicate with. The space is private, though it is attached to a larger house, we didnt hear footsteps or anything. The hot tub is fabulous, everything was clean and tidy.. no complaints at all.

Fantastic cozy stay!
Asha's accommodations were perfect for a quick visit to Seattle. The space was clean, there were enough amenities for food & bev without a full kitchen, nice toiletries available for use, and plenty of towels to use for the shower and hot tub. Ty for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed staying here, well stocked and ammenities were very well thought of. Appreciated the small gestures eg welcome drink and fruits. Place is clean, nothing was amiss. The hot tub was wonderful to use after a long day and the seating area was nice as well. Hospitality is awesome and great communication with host!

Everything you need cozy blankets, hot tub, soft towels, updated shower, Thru the fence & down the stairs Boom -There’s your little tranquility box. Yes-host is wonderful. This is a peaceful atmosphere. Bring snacks - this is our first trip in WA. Places to eat are a drive. We stayed one nite- hopeful another reviewer tells us about beach walking distance. ( I have not a clue) we ate at Pats place $7 breakfast- closes at 2pm. Yes- booked it!

Supremely clean and comfy and quiet (this was a big one for us as we are not used to a lot of city noise at night). The hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Great location for us, close to airport and our daughter’s house. Sorry we didn’t have time to hit the beach….maybe next time!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this space to anyone that is looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Seattle.

My fiancé and I had such a great time staying at Asha’s property. I had mentioned we were coming up for his birthday and a Seattle Kraken hockey game, and she left a “happy birthday” whiteboard message with Kraken logos taped around - such a sweet touch. The property was impeccably clean, warm, and perfect for our needs. TV and hot tub worked as expected, and Asha even reached out to check all was still good when her inside temp in the main house seemed to have dropped. Already looking forward to our next trip to Seattle and staying here again!
