The hotel staff is great. Alicia is so helpful and welcoming with each stay. This is our “go to” hotel in the Seattle area. Comfy beds, hot shower, plenty of towels makes for a good sleep after traveling for 5 hours some trips. Thank you another great stay. See you in a few weeks.

We overnighted before and after our cruise. The hotel staff was great to help with transportation to and from the pier, with Seattle Express and it was just right for us! Breakfast was wonderful too! Thank you for doing a great job!!

Room and overall stay was good. While checking in, Front desk staff were discussing personal things among themselves and not focused on guests. While the check in desk space is very small, It was uncomfortable to have to listen to. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and satisfying. I would stay here again.

There are no restaurants close to eat but you do get breakfast at the hotel. There is a bus to take you to the mall where there are restaurants. There was a casino/restaurant near the hotel but it was closing up 2 days after we ate there. The area right around the hotel looked a little scarry but the hotel was fine and they were accomadating.

Nice , clean and comfortable hotel with a free airport shuttle . I just wish they would offer a free shuttle to the Angle Lake light rail station instead of the airport one to make it easier and more convenient to get round. Staff at front counter was very nice . Breakfast was very good with a great variety

Hotel after cruise before flying home
The hotel had a shuttle that took you to SeaTec which was nice. Took Uber to a restaurant bc only a casino next to hotel. Has a laundry service for guest which I utilized after being on cruise ship prior. Have to get tokens for washer/dryer and front desk doesnt accept cash. Everything goes on credit card that you checked in with. Has a little package food area for snacks which also go on credit card. The breakfast was really good in mornings. Hot breakfast and cereal is provided. Nice hotel for being close to airport. Was quiet room, the bed and shower was so nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, everything we needed it to be. Breakfast was filling, and had the typical hot food you'd expect. Loved the noon check out. Bathroom was kind of small, and the sink style did not leave any counter space to use for personal items/travel case. Would definitely stay again.
