The only thing that was concerning was the Hot Tub that we were looking forward to enjoy while our 9 year old grandson went swimming was tape off and out of order. There were two young boys 11-12 by themselves horseplaying and being disrespectful. The staff said they didn't have security cameras in the pool area. The first morning around 6:45 am on Monday my grandson loved the burritos they had in the small fridge with the yogurts. The fruit was plentifull. On day two Tuesday at 7:30am I asked were the burritos were and was told I should have come earlier as if there wasn't any in the back. Putting out just a few each day seems kind of cheap. The fruit on the second day at that time there was only one banana that was bruised up and some apples and were told there wasn't anymore and also we should have came earlier. I guess our assumption was when breakfast was 6:30am until 10:00am they wouldn't just put out a few of each and run out then say come earlier, we thought that was a little rude. With all of the rooms you have you could use more handicap parking close to the elevator. I believe it should be 1 handicap for ever 25 regular parking spots. I notice other handicap spots on the ends of the building very far from the elevators. The room was great and quiet and we did sleep well though.

A hotel with excellent service staff
The room was slightly musty when when first stepped in but cleared soon after opening the windows for a couple of mins. Room is spacious but basic. The service was excellent and the early check in was greatly appreciated. The free shuttle to/from airport and nearby mall is really good and on time.The front desk staff and driver extremely friendly and helpful. Was really appreciative to be able to pack a take away bread/bagel/spread/banana breakfast pack as our check out of hotel was 4am for an early flight.

Great location if going to any of the stadiums or shows in SoDo district. Nice and easy right off the I-5 and close to mall and food. If you're a Hendrix fan, his grave is only 15-20 min away!

This hotel was conveniently located. We walked to the bus stop nearby to ride it downtown. Loved that they offered shuttle ride to the airport and gave great time suggestions on when to leave. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

Not the easiest to get in and out of if you are not familiar with the area. Could hear the road noise, train nearby and people walking and moving in the room above. Wasn't bad though. Place was clean and overall quiet. Was very well kept and the staff courteous and helpfull. The room for the price was one of the nicer that i have stayed in.
