Good value for the money
This is an older facility; it is clean but there is some wear & tear. Bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was nice. We were there for medical appointments and it is one of the closest motels to Valley Medical Center. The people were friendly and helpful.

The property was old smelly and in disrepair. I felt unsafe and immediately checked out. When I asked for a refund I was told to contact Expedia. I called, Expedia and was told the manager refused to grant a refund. The place was awful and is greatly need of repair. Please do yourself and never stay there.

Had a bad experience at my usual motel when I'm waiting for my layover back to Alaska so I settled for the cheapest hotel option.. the front desk lady was the only reason I gave this place stars, she was great. Outside of that, oof. Old, noisy, in desperate need of some TLC
