Dirty and broken
Floors down stairs rotten, dog hair all over, dead spiders all over the floor in bedrooms, stains on the towels and bedding. Ants coming out of the walls in the studio. They don’t want you to wear shoes but there are screws laying around in the carpet. The down stairs tvs don’t work or the remotes. Have to have the lights on in bedrooms or outlets don’t work. Even if you are staying multiple nights they give one towel per person and no way to wash them if need be. Very unhappy with our stay

Striving for a 3-star review
While I hate to flame any place, but while the House Information Sheet says they strive for a 5-star experience, this place is too spartan for that. No chances for cost savings was spared in equipping this residence for guests. It was functional, clean enough (there were a few issues), but no effort is being made to make this a 5-star property. 1 of 5 beds was unacceptable. There were no kitchen towels (washcloths, etc... paper towels don't count), the deck is a bit shoddy, no extra blankets, and minimal kitchen supplies (not even salt!). While Seattle is an expensive city the charges were steep, and VRBO did a very poor job of detailing costs (IMO). The separate Studio is a highlight. All said, the place is passable, but some effort should be made by the owners (who were conspicuously text-only communicators) to make it a value. On a future visit I'd look for something better.

Not maintained and not clean
I’ve been staying at properties for over a decade and this is the first time I’ve written a negative review. In looking back at the pictures for this rental, many are not accurate showing furniture and rugs that were different. This is an old home that hasn’t been upgraded or maintained. The carpet and rugs were dirty and there was hair in the corner of one of the bedrooms. Part of the deck didn’t look safe and had a rotted section held together with an L-joint. One of the beds had dirt or gravel on it. The neighborhood was pretty and the view was too. But I wouldn’t stay here again.
