The studio with approximately 800 sq ft, sleeping up to six guests (airbed and fold-out sofa bed for small setup fee, please inquire), features a comfortable queen-size bed, fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with -height freezer/fridge, microwave, electric induction hot plate, coffeemaker and generous-sized glass-enclosed tiled shower bath as well as a relaxing living room area with a 60" HDTV (wifi TV streaming including Netflix service). FREE Wi-Fi too!Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor patio table are available and shared with other residents.

Children must be supervised at all times. Candles/fires/smoking are not allowed on property. Please take caution using stairs as this is a multi-level home.
