Experience incredible views in the heart of Seattle. This unit is within walking distance of Starbucks Reserve (5-minute walk), Convention Center (10-minute walk), Pike Place (15-minute walk), Frye Art Museum (15-minute walk), and much more.

There is a queen size bed and two twin-size beds which would accommodate up to four people very comfortably. The space can sleep up to seven when utilizing the sofa bed and futon couch in the living room.

The unit also includes high-speed internet (perfect for working from home), a smart TV, and a free parking spot to use during your stay! We also have a list of local recommendations that we hope you love as much as we do!

The heating in the apartment is excellent and easy to use. There are also plenty of extra blankets located inside of the closets. On warmer days, we provide a portable AC unit and plenty of fans. I personally stay in this apartment once every winter and once every summer to ensure the comfort of my guests!

The entire unit is yours to enjoy! You may also venture up to the rooftop to enjoy views overlooking Seattle (although the view from inside the warm apartment is already plentiful)!

Other things to note
*A parking spot is available to you. If you need additional parking, there are multiple secure underground parking garages within walking distance of the building. That being said, this unit is in the middle of all the greatest spots in Seattle, and walking or using an electric scooter found nearby (Lyft/Lime) is the most enjoyable form of transportation.

VB Tournament Stay
The location and views were great. Only issues were the people (who I believe live in the building) were always right outside the front door vaping. Instructions on using the key fob to get in/out of the garage would have been nice. The apartment itself is VERY run down and smells like mildew. Kitchen is so small that you can't open the dishwasher or the fridge all the way. NO kitchen towels or pot holders provided, which made it difficult to get food out of the oven. Settings on the fridge seem to be off, our lettuce and cucmbers went bad in one day. On the day we checked out there was an issue with the garage door and it would not open all the way without pushing it. We have a 4 runner so we needed the full height to get out. Also, would have been nice to know that the garage is incredibly small, we were lucky that a spot behind us was open or it would have been nearly impossible for us to park the in the garage, which was the selling point of staying here.
