Many things were inacceptable. Bad tv remote, decorative pillows only, very dirty bed spread, 11am checkout with no flexibility unless you want to pay more
We paid for 2 nights then they came banging on our door claiming angrily to us we didn't pay for the second night. They showed us a pice of paper to tell us we only paid one night. I told the guy when checking out we were staying both Saturday and Sunday. He was yhe one we already paid online and had us sign the piece of paper. It was entirely ugly experience . The sewer gas coming from toilet and no air conditioning and no proper amenities, no housekeeping, extremely tiny room, on top of all this they said an hour and a half before checkout time we had to pay 2nd night which was not correct. Our billing statement from expedia/Orbitz.com showed we paid for 2 nights. It was the worst experience ever along with Seattle downtown experience.
No ac just Walmart fans there was liquid on my bed cords coming out the walls back window was so dirty I couldn’t see out of it and waited 20 mins for
