Professional and friendly staff at the Best Western Plus in Renton, WA. Breakfast buffet had several good options. Our room was refurbished but still showed signs of wear and tear. Views were of the back parking lot. The Mizu restaurant in front of the hotel was excellent.

We stayed for one night. Checked in just to sleep and get ready for our day trip to Seattle the next day. Bed was either surprisingly comfortable or I was really tired. Average rom in an average hotel. Front desk person was super quick and friendly.

Everything was fine except for the check-in. We felt a bit racist, because they treated the ladies in front of us very well. They offered them complimentary water but not us. When my husband asked for it, they told him it was for sale. They should be told to treat their customers equally.

It was impossible to find the entrance to the hotel so it was about 15 minutes of driving in loops around to get there. Then there was a door slamming next to my room ALL NIGHT so I slept really poorly. More minor, the closet was super squeaky and noisy, and you couldn't see the TV from half the bed.

The hotel was fine. Convenient if you have a car, with two very large roads/freeways running right by. Not walkable to anywhere you would want to go. Renton itself is not much of a town but it provides a safe and convenient place to stay while on the road for business visits.
