Loved our stay there. We came from a cruise ship back to seattle early morning with a toddler and were very anxious that the check in time is 3 pm. But the front desk were gracious enough to offer us early check in and help us. They shared the lost of resturants in the area and even a stuffy for my toddler. The hotel was clean and quite modern. We had all ammenities in tbe room - fast charger, dark blinds etc. Our experience was super positive and wojld highly recommend

We had a great time and felt secure in the hotel. Unfortunately, my loaner car was damaged while in valet and we have yet to hear back about their "investigation". At one point we were asked if the damage was already there,as if we were trying to lie about the damage. The area to leave your car or where told to leave the car because the valet was busy wasnt a safe spotdue to cross and oncoming traffic. The hotel needs more valet parking attendants and some training for those valet parking attendants. The valet seemed young and unenthusiastic about his job.

What a great hotel, so convenient for walking to our event. The bed was extremely comfortable, we loved the space, and the bathroom. We would definitely book again.
